Technical University of Munich Admission Requirements for International Students

TU of Munich's admission instructions state that direct admission to study at the university depends on whether the high school degree obtained from a country other than Germany is equivalent to the German university entrance qualification. In case the secondary school certificate does not qualify for TU of Munich's admission requirements at a German university, students are required to enroll in Studienkolleg.  

In order to secure admission, all international students must fulfill the TUM Germany eligibility criteria listed below:

All applicants who have not completed secondary school in Germany are required to apply for a Preliminary Documentation (VPD) before submitting an application for admission at the Technical University of Munich. Some mandatory documents for enrollment in the Bachelor's degree programs are:
