While SAT and ACT are indeed recoognized by the University of Sydney with completion of a secondary or high school qualification, its not mandatory for Indian students to submit the same. Students can arrive the latest by 2nd week of the semester of their programme at USYD. They won't be allowed to study online in the meanwhile, but no need to feel hopeless.
