B.Tech in Abroad Eligibility

• Academic Requirement- Students who want to pursue BTech in abroad after 12th must have high school degree (10+2) from a recognized board such as CBSE, ICSE, State Board, etc. International students are expected to have minimum of 60%–85%+ in their Class 12 to get admitted to any good university in abroad.   

• CGPA- Minimum CGPA of 2.5 – 3.0 out of 4 is required. Some best foreign university for BTech like Georgia Institute of Technology, Stanford University, etc. may ask for higher CGPA.   

• English Language Requirement- Language proficiency test like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo are mandatory for B.Tech Abroad. Many universities accept minimum score of 6.0 - 7.5 in IELTS or about 70-105+ in TOEFL.

Average tuition cost of B.Tech range between INR 3 L – INR 1 Cr. If a student wants to study B.Tech in USA, then it may cost around INR 5 L – INR 1 Cr for the first year. This amount only includes tuition fees and not living expenses. Likewise, if student wishes to study Engineering in UK, then it may cost him / her around INR 9 L – INR 76 L including the tuition fee for the first year.
