A completed application for admission to a program at Langara. Conditional Acceptance is limited to the fall semester, this form and supporting documentation must be received in Registrar & Enrolment Services before July 31. Those students who have not graduated and have not been approved for conditional admission will be removed from any courses they have registered for.
