The eligibility criteria and language requirements for applying to different programs offered to international students at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology are given below:
Students are required to have a high-school certificate or Diploma to be eligible for certificate programs
For some courses, a Bachelor degree is required
Post-secondary courses will be assessed as high school equivalents, if necessary to calculate the entrance scores
NAIT English Language Proficiency Exam: A minimum of 75% is required in all four components
English Requirements for International Students
International students coming from non-English-speaking countries, such as India, need to prove their language proficiency through either of the following standardised English exam scores:

Note: These are generic requirements for graduates and undergraduates aspiring to study at the university. Some of the courses may have higher score requirements or different academic and language requirements.
The acceptance rate of the university is 58% for all national and international students. All the applications are assessed individually and fairly by the university. If students score more than the minimum requirements by the university, chances of getting selected are high. Some programs might require interviews and auditions to get admission.

The step-by-step application process for international students is as follows:
Step 1: Visit account.alberta.ca/login and create an account as a first-time user.
Step 2: The next step is to enter details like your name, email address, gender and other general information for identification purposes.
Step 3: Fill in your personal information, address details, contact information, citizenship details, educational background, history, etc., as required by the institute.
Step 4: After filling in all the required fields, review your application and submit it on the portal.
Next, wait for the results.
