We can not work part time here in Ukraine.
Tips: If you're looking for an opportunity to get good and serve our country. If you are trying to become a doctor, this is your opportunity. The nice thing about this course is that you get to explore other cultures at the same time. We can't do the jobs we want here because we don't have work visas. We came here on study visas, and if we're caught working while we're here, they'll deport us back to India, and we won't be able to return or apply for visas again. It's a very risky situation if the police catch us, as they can send us to jail. There are tons of options to eat there and a variety of non-veg food options. However, there are fewer options for vegetarians, which is a shame. The food there is great for non-vegetarians, though. There's even European food there. Overall, I am satisfied with my experiences.

Great university to pursue MBBS.
Tips: I had a great time at this school and felt safe there and my experiences were better than many of the other medical schools I visited in other countries. The teachers at this school were also very nice. They are very dedicated to their work and have extensive clinical experience. I was pleased with the way the school organized the clinical rotations, and they were well-organized and structured. Also, it was nice that the school had a solid value. The costs of attendance are reasonable compared to a lot of the other schools I visited. If you are looking for a good medical school to attend I’d say go for it and try this one. You’ll have access to everything you need to be a good doctor. This country has many good things about it. First of all, after you complete your degree, you have to pass the exam for that country, and that way, you get a visa to work there. After you work there for a while, they'll give you a permanent visa to stay there. You're allowed to take your family there, too. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
Dislikes (Part time work): Part-time jobs are not available here because we go on a study visa so a work permit is not allowed. If we get caught working there, we will be sent back to our home country. We can't get a visa to go back to school there again. It's too risky to even try. Thanks.

Academically good and supportive and helpful faculty.
Tips: The University is good, and all the teachers are very good. If you ask any doubt they try their best to make you understand it all. They’re using a variety of methods to make their teaching more effective. There’s really only one thing you need to know, and that is that most of the classes are in different buildings, and some are far apart. And whenever we have an Indian festival, the university faculty joins us and celebrates with us. The MBBS syllabus is very demanding. I don't have enough time to juggle that plus another job. To work there, you need to be fluent in the local language because many people there don't speak English. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.

The university is strict about attendance and studies.
Tips: You need to give full attendance and full time to study and prepare for the FMGE. Everything else is good and there’s no need to worry about war. It’s a safe and secure city far from war. It’s good to study in such an environment, and you should definitely come here to build a future and be the best doctor. You can find Indian masala and everything to survive here in the country. However, some masala needs to be brought from India, but the rest can be managed. The city life is calm and secure and miles away from war. Overall, I am satisfied with my experiences.
Dislikes (Safety): You can find all you need as an Indian to survive there. The university is very cooperative and provides a good stage for all activities and practice. The faculty is really cooperative and study-oriented. They also organize workshops and practice sessions for learning outside of books.

Good university with highly knowledgeable faculty.
Tips: I am happy with Bukovinian State Medical University. I think it’s ideal for people who are thinking of higher education. The teachers are nice and have good skills. The clinical rotations and summer internships are helpful. It's very comfortable and safe for both girls and boys. It is a safe environment that provides good study and study material for students. The police also help if something goes wrong, so very nice. You should try taking admission there if you want to become a good doctor in the future. We go on a study visa, part-time jobs are not allowed. If you work there, it is illegal, and if the police arrest you, they will send you back to your home country. Your visa will be cancelled by the government. Overall, I think it’s a good university.

The university is good and the faculty are very welcoming.
Tips: The teachers are very good, and the campus is nice and feels safe for boys and girls alike. I like the campus, and it feels safe. Clinical rotations are there, but internship may be a problem due to language issues because there's Ukrainian that has to be learned. It is difficult to understand at the beginning, but with time, one gets used to it, and it becomes easier over time.

Bukovinian State Medical University is a great institution for aspiring doctors.
Tips: The Oberalm campus was a good place for me to study until I graduated in 2023 when I was forced to leave in the middle of my final semester because of the COVID pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Academically, BSMU never really stood out from the rest, but overall I think it's a great institution for aspiring doctors, no matter where they come from. The university has always been very accommodating to international students, especially from India, so if you're an aspiring doctor from India who can afford to study there, this is a fantastic option. The administration is always very helpful if you have questions, and since Chernivtsi has always been a relatively peaceful city, I didn't have to worry much about anything there.
Likes (Student Life): It was great before the war and COVID-19, but life was still kind of great during those times too. I wasn't much of a traveller, but there are a lot of places to visit, and most people are friendly with Indians.
Dislikes (Part time work): There's no scope for part-time work. Very rarely can you find it, and given the current circumstances of war in Ukraine, there are next to no opportunities. Still, during my initial years at BSMU, I saw students doing some sort of part-time work at a warehouse. I didn't think it was safe, and I wouldn't have taken those jobs, even if I had been offered them. Anyway, as I said, part-time jobs in Chernivtsi are very rare, and it doesn't really matter if it was pre-war or post-war.

Been a mixed batch of experiences.
Tips: Atlanta can be a mixed experience for people but downtown where the campus is located, is filled with opportunities and more. Sometimes it is hard to meet people outside classes and this can be hard to combat but I do appreciate the culture and diversity present on campus. The faculty is helpful and will encourage you to participate in on-campus activities and extracurriculums.

Great learning with amazing academics and faculty.
Tips: I had a slight culture shock when I initially got here owing to which it took me a while to settle down and make friends. This was mainly because of how individualistic everything appeared but once my classes started and I was more occupied with campus events, everything became a lot simpler. The city is friendly although it can also be very rushed at times so keep an open mind and join a campus activity or a part-time job that you'd enjoy. Overall, I am satisfied with the course, university and the country.

It has been an interesting and unique experience.
Tips: I have experienced a lot of changes in myself during my experience studying at this university. It can feel overwhelming at the start as there are a lot of students throughout campus and the classes are competitive as well. There are events that take place but they are not advertised as much so you'll have better luck exploring outside campus or being more involved. Aside from nightlife, the city has a lot to offer. It has been a unique and decent experience.

Tips: I was nervous about my experience at Georgia State University because I had never lived this far from home. However, it only took me a semester to settle in comfortably. There are a lot of exciting events and places to go around campus, which is probably due to its location and accessibility. A good way to connect with fellow students is to join campus groups and organizations and explore nearby attractions.

Lot of educational opportunities are provided.
Tips: I initially found it challenging to settle in as I had missed orientation and came here right when the classes had begun so by the time I had reached campus, the majority of my batchmates had their own groups. What helped me in my case was participating in campus events and clubs such as the writing club where I could meet people of similar interests. Aside from this, I would say studying here has been a positive experience and I am satisfied with the college.

Tips: Having a college experience here is truly one of a kind. The professors will make you develop an interest in their courses like never before and you will get to experience a more hands-on form of learning as well because of the college internship opportunities and group projects which encourage you to learn outside classrooms. Finally, ensure that your credits are in order in time for graduation as the administration has held back students for this reason.

Tips: I have observed that compared to most American universities, Georgia State has more academically rigorous programs which can make the coursework more challenging as well. There are many job opportunities provided by the university so make sure to find and get the one that matches your field of interest and curriculum.

Tips: The best thing about GSU has got to be its location in downtown Atlanta as it is easily the most popular area with numerous opportunities for both part-time and full-time work. Eventful - things change here at a fast rate
Tips: You should try to have a positive outlook.
Do some research on the subjects that interest you.
Focus on statistics & probability. Get understanding of python programming language so as to understand the concepts which are being discussed in the class. Save some case studies on your own.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Professors have good knowledge in their area of expertise.
The office hours are really helpful to brainstorm ideas and come out with pointers that can be discussed from different point of view to solve a specific problem related to analytics domain.
Dislikes (Safety): Not safe after 9 PM. After 9 PM be cautious while roaming, prefer to be in groups.
Otherwise everything is okay & no need to worry about anything else.
Use marta to commute from community to college.
Commutation is not an issue.

Great public university with supportive faculty.
Tips: MSIS course is a one-year course and hence it is very hectic. Time management is crucial. So far it has been a good journey. Things are fast-paced here so be prepared to catch up. There won't be time to settle down. If you are looking to switch domains then I won't recommend this course as it is just 1 year course. I would recommend this course to students with 5 or more years of work experience.
Likes (Part time work): Every student belonging to MS in IS has an on-campus part-time job. It is very easy to get one. Your part time work salary is too less though but the university offers scholarship as part of your part time job. The scholarship would be 15,000 if you retain the job for full one year. The salary is only 400 Dollars per month. Work is not much and you hardly have to go for it and mostly it is remote. So basically the Assistantship which is also called as part time on campus job's payment is salary plus scholarship amount.
Dislikes (Safety): Atlanta can be unsafe at times, so it's best to go out in a group after dark and avoid interacting with strangers. I've never had any problems, but I've heard stories. I live in Lindbergh, where most Indian students live, and the cost of living is reasonable. There are decent job opportunities in the city.
