Georgian college is very good in terms of teaching and social environment.
Tips: Clarity with the course is very important. Look out for the demand in the market and take the courses according. Take courses with Co-op so that you can work as an intern in your respective field, which will help you to get their field job when you get your work permit.
Likes (Safety): I feel secure on campus. The college has an emergency alert system that activates if there is fire or any other emergency.
Dislikes (Internships): In my case, the course I opt does not have the Co op option, so there was no guidance for an internship. I have my friends who have a co-op in their course, according to them students have to find their own internship, the college does not give any direct reference.

It is a wonderful technical college.
Tips: It's a wonderful college to join and participate in each and every contest that is organized by Georgian college. You can have fun with different activities along with your studies. There are lots of different programs you can choose according to your area of interest and field. Each and every program is amazing and valuable.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Quality of faculty is really good because of their cooperation and best teaching skills. Faculty members are well knowledgeable and highly skilled. Faculty helps at each and every step in our semester. If you find any difficulty in your subject then you can email them to learn and eliminate those difficulties.
Dislikes (Student Life): Student life is the best at Barrie campus, Georgian college because lots of events are organized over here for students to enjoy along with studies. Students never get bored by participating in different events and contests. Apart from this, a gym is also available for students to stay fit and healthy.

The place where dreams become reality.
Tips: Before joining the campus, the outgoing students should know that performance is the key. They must perform to outshine others and at the same time, devote significant time in building up their skill set. They might have to kick in those extra miles to sustain in Canada and some sleepless lights might be on the way.
Likes (Value for money): The college ensures value for money as the experienced faculty, the overall peer group and the industry interactions are incomparable. The way they impart knowledge and experience to the students is good. They help us in preparing for the future scenario in the most prolific way.
Dislikes (Public transportation): Public transportation is available, however, it is not available in abundance. We had to wait a lot of time to fetch another bus to our place and at the same time, if we compare the transportation expense from my home country, it is significantly higher.

Could have better opportunities
Tips: Be prepared to take on every change.
Don't give all of your time into part-time work. Let part-time work be limited to the hours. Try to find your own peace. Be it your room, a hobby, an activity, or even music. Find something to keep you grounded, and calm.

Transformative journey to confidence and skills at Fraser Valley University.
Tips: Before joining Fraser Valley University I was very underconfident. However, my experience here has been transformative. I took part in almost all events, which helped me to step out of my comfort zone and engage with diverse groups. The student company programme was particularly impactful allowing me to gain valuable skills in marketing. Over time, my involvement in various activities and programs significantly boosted my confidence and improved my public speaking abilities. The only advice I would want to give to future incoming students is that we have ample opportunities ready it's on you to take that chance and participate in them.

A very good college to be a student of
Tips: Canada is a good country for Indian students. Average students also do good. Fee is not that much compared with other Canada colleges. I got no scholarship myself. Semester wise fees has to be deposited and teachers are from many countries China, France, UK which is very good. I don't know about the job because I have just started. It is more expensive than India but part-time job helps so much to lessen the burden.

Affordable yet good university.
Tips: The campus here at Abbotsford is not that big, the university as compared to other universities is small in size but it is good only because you get to interact with people more while you see them everyday. Class size is small so there is more individual attention, professors who taught me were very knowledgeable and practical, knowing how it works in the industry. There is Tim Hortons in the campus where you can sit and enjoy with your friends, library is well-equipped. There are books out of the syllabus too. I'll prefer you to stay outside campus only there are not many options for on-campus housing. Culture here is very diverse and everyone is good. If you want to study in a university with affordable fees and good facilities in Canada then you should take admission here.
