Very fulfilling experience.
Tips: The university here is very diverse, and there is plenty of representation on campus. Once you're settled, things move much smoothly and the bus services are free to help you get around. There is an Indian restaurant available, although not as authentic as you might like, but there are plenty of options nearby. I am quite satisfied with my experiences.

Great university for aerospace and Indian students.
Tips: Cultural shock might initially be challenging but the large Indian student population at NC State makes it easy to make friends, which can help ease homesickness. Securing Resident Assistant (RA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) positions is quite competitive so plan accordingly. Finding part-time work is relatively easy; dining jobs offer $10 per hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week, which can cover living expenses if you share a room and budget carefully. Over time you may be able to move into a higher grade or departmental position which is less demanding and offers better pay. Scholarships for Indian nationals are scarce. The university is excellent with a good faculty, well structured coursework and strong research opportunities. Be prepared to dedicate yourself to your studies. The academic approach here differs significantly from Indian universities; cramming won't suffice for good grades. Plan your studies thoroughly

Tips: Living in NCSU has been an adventure in a lot of senses. You will be expected to bring out the best of your potential in the classrooms while being an active part of the community as well so all in all, you will be pretty busy. The city has a lot of interesting spots to explore but avoid eating out if you are planning on saving some cash. Overall, I am very satisfied with the course, college and the country.

Tips: What I have realised so far is that while the coursework here is challenging, it can also be rewarding. The exam patterns here are very different from those in India so it might take some time to adjust our faculty are helpful and you can reach out to them without any hesitation. Tips: I was very apprehensive and I joined campus after the orientation. Despite this, I would say that NCSU has become a second home. Tips: After spending a decent amount of time here, I can see that NCSU has made a significant amount of progress in promoting diversity and inclusion which is seen through the multicultural celebrations around campus and representation in the student body as well. I did not receive any scholarships but there are a number of resources available for underprivileged and underrepresented students so speak with your guidance counsellors. We are encouraged to actively seek participation in numerous events, activities and seminars to build and maintain connections.

Great place to reinvent yourself
Tips: Great place to learn and good environment. I did not get any scholarships it should depend on the consultancy while applying. The subjects are not updated but are of significant value. I'm satisfied and actually feel good to be here only because of the resources and support the faculty provides. But you have to be honest with your academics.
Likes (Post study jobs): There are few good companies which have tied up with the college but it all depends on the candidate as the competition is high. Again job roles are too specific to your interest as the campus has got wide variety of programs that you can be enrolled in.
Dislikes (Indian Food): You wouldn't find much of local food around the place as it is in Long Island. The food on the campus is good if you want to explore more varieties. I'd rather cook myself because everything outside is pretty expensive unless you want to eat sandwiches every day.

Overall this college has excellent academics.
Tips: The most important thing I would suggest for other students is that they should try to get off-campus housing as early as possible because housing at Adelphi is way more expensive than local average rent and its not worth it. Even the food quality is average.
Likes (Safety): I am rating 5 stars on safety in this University because this university is located in a very secure area which is Garden City. There is hardly any crime here. Even if you decide to go out alone at 3 AM at night there are less chances of you being harmed by someone.
Dislikes (Part time work): I am rating 2 stars on part time work because in this university getting on-campus job is not so easy and people who already are having a job here get preferred for other jobs at campus too. However, you can get good internships off campus which will pay you well.
