MSc in BA Student Life at Queen Mary University of London
Tips: A new country definitely calls for a lot of transition. There is a cultural shift in the way you interact with professors and your fellow students. However, when in doubt, it's easier to clear this out with the professors or any staff that is ready to help through this. On the whole, the course is well designed with a masterclass that runs a project throughout from scratch, and it ends with a partnership capstone project where you can SEE live how to apply what you've learned in a real-world setting. SO I am personally satisfied with the course, and if you prefer a Russell Group university in a not-so-student-code city, it would be QMUL.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The faculty for the School of Business and Management is always ready to solve questions or doubts raised by the students. Be it through office hours or in the class, active discussions are prompted, and they make sure classes are not just for assignments.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The UK as a country for permanent immigration comes with stricter rules and visa processes that are easier for more experienced professionals than for straight-out-of-university students. For students after university going into post-study work visas, the range of jobs, though available, is significantly lower to get into. For professionals it is suggested to find a job that can sponsor your visa. Given the time spent and the immigration rules changing during the course of your study, you can then think about permanent settlement, as there is no defined path yet.

I attended QMUL and I was able to secure a JOB
Tips: You definitely need to brace yourself for the winters and make sure you sort out a place to stay before you head over. Honestly, your best bet is probably to just book an Airbnb for a month or two, and then you can hunt for a proper long-term place once you're actually on the ground in the UK. Aside from that, my uni experience was actually really good. Securing a job is very difficult in the western world irrespective of what university you get into. I consider myself lucky that I was able to get one. Regarding the uni, professors were quite knowledgeable and approachable, but I believe that the reason I was able to secure a job was because I was passionate about the world of finance and how the world works.
Likes (Public transportation): One of the very few campuses in London with a full-fledged campus, very close to central London with multiple tube stations around. Students have multiple accommodation options within the campus, so most of you would not require traveling by public transportation.
Dislikes (Internships): The university does not provide internships; any university, for that matter, in the UK, does not actively provide internships; it is up to the student to find one and build a strong profile. However, with university being in London and being part of the Russell Group, it does provide an edge.

One of the best law schools
Tips: Settling in London was a massive shock at first honestly. I did not know a single soul here at first so trying to find my feet in the city was honestly just pure stress. But everything got way easier once I actually made a few friends. Looking back I'm just really glad I made the jump—the vibe here is genuinely unmatched. It helps that QMU London is a solid Russell Group uni—their law school is honestly top-tier. Plus, I managed to snag a £2,000 merit scholarship from them just based on my undergrad grades, which definitely helped out with the bills.
Likes (Internships): I've given five stars for the internship opportunities. The university itself provides internship opportunities to its students. There is a dedicated portal for the students who want to apply for jobs and internships where internships and jobs are posted regularly; because of this, I have rated it very high.
Dislikes (Part time work): I gave four stars for part-time opportunities and jobs. When I first got here, I was aggressively applying everywhere, but my friends told me I should just walk into shops physically and ask them face-to-face. Luckily that worked and I snagged a job working 16 hours a week. I was making the minimum wage back then, which was £12.21 an hour, and I'd just schedule my shifts on the days I didn't have any classes.

Look up for scholarships.
Tips: Queen Mary University is one of those universities in London that is known for its excellence in the world. Always look out for scholarships. Queen Mary University is providing targeted scholarships so that it becomes affordable for you. I was awarded a scholarship of 3000 from the university.
Likes (Indian Food): London is filled with Indian food options specially in areas like Wembley South Hall, Hounslow. There are many Indian restaurants that offer multiple Indian cuisines from street Indian food to authentic cuisines. London has it all although I cook at home but on weekends, I usually go out with my friends.
Dislikes (Public transportation): The public transportation in London is very well collected and very well established. It is one of the oldest public transport system that consist of underground trains and overground trains and national railway; buses that run all around London. The only downside that I can say about the public transport here is that it's Harsh on the pockets of the students, though students have the option of getting a travel card on their student Oyster card.

Expensive city with lots of Indian food options.
Tips: Before coming to London, one should know that London is one of the most expensive cities. Living expenses are very high here which include rent, transportation and much more. So, a part-time job becomes very crucial. I received a scholarship of 6000. I'm satisfied with my university.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): The United Kingdom is known for its rich culture. If you keep aside the recession part, this would be the country of my dreams. If given a chance I would definitely settle in here because of the quality of life that one gets here.
Dislikes (Indian Food): There are a lot of Indian food options available here in London. London is one of those cities in the United Kingdom that has a high number of Indian and Pakistani restaurants. Every time an Indian restaurant is available in London whether it's Gujarat, Nepali, or North Indian, I prefer eating at home but occasionally I go out with my friends to eat out as well.

Tips: My relatives were already living in London so they helped me with scheduling in the initial days. After that, I opted for student accommodation. I availed a scholarship of 4000 for my course. I'm completely satisfied with my experiences.
Dislikes (Internships): Finding internships at Queen Mary can be a bit tricky. There's guidance from the careers team and workshops but it's not like someone holds your hand the whole way. You have to constantly check portals update your CV and apply again and again which can get tiring.

Too expensive for a degree, but overall an average experience.
Tips: People believe the country will look like it is in the movies, hence they come with a lot of expectations. Unfortunately, it's not. The campus life is mixed with diverse cultures, and we will all meet someone from our own culture. Everyone who performed well in their previous education gets access to the Global Talent Scholarship, amounting to 3000 pounds during my time. Overall university experience, I would give 3/5.
Likes (Indian Food): I personally believe there are a lot of shops nearby, and a bit of a walk would solve all the problems from where I have been. Coming from India, I liked staying in my accommodation since it's located in zone 2 and is accessible to a tube station. There are a lot of grocery stores available that would enable one to cook their own food as well, from Lidl to Sainsbury's.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): It's really difficult to get into a full-time sponsored job in this country. With strict immigration laws and the advancement of AI, one needs to stand out really well from others to get into the desired role. Personally, for me, getting a part-time job was difficult, but I managed somehow. With temporary settlement being this difficult, imagine permanent settlement.

You learn a lot and experience growth in many ways.
Tips: I would say choose a university based on your course and the modules offered there. Check for scholarships. I got a scholarship but at QMUL you do not need to apply; they send you a confirmation saying to submit a SOP of why they need to give a scholarship, after which you are picked to get one. I am very satisfied with the course.
Likes (Student Life): All classes were good. I liked my finance classes, complex network class. I used to do my work mostly in the library which is huge. SBM students also have access to Bloomberg labs. All events are well organised. I would suggest participating in everything. You meet people and learn different things and get to know a lot of stuff. I am in a few clubs. I loved being a Student venture capitalist and also an active member at the student union.
Dislikes (Indian Food): The Curve offers you good food for 10-15 pounds for a meal. Or you can always find meal deals in Sainsbury's and Tesco or other food places near campus.
I sometimes used to cook but you have a variety of options for food in and near the campus. Outside the campus you get meal deals for around 6 pounds.

Tips: Honestly speaking when I arrived here, I expected it to be difficult for me, but upon making friends with whom I spend time during the national days, they became like a family. I got a 3000 scholarship from QMUL.
Likes (Student Life): The student life is amazing; the exposure that you get here is unparalleled. Queen Mary University of London has students from more than a hundred countries and has more than three campuses of its own, offers in campus and off-campus accommodation as well.
Dislikes (Internships): When it comes to an internship the culture is completely different in the UK. They only provide guidance and help you with your resume. You have to apply for the internship yourself. They are not listed anywhere. You have to work really hard to get an internship.

Likes (Student Life): Because of the immense exposure that you get from the University of Friend, part of the QMUL experience. Great shift in my personality and persona. I got the exposure of how things are managed. I got to connect with eminent personalities.
Dislikes (Public transportation): Because of the great connectivity that you get from the Milan campus throughout London. From Mile station, it connects to every part of London via expended tube network also London bus service is exceptional. Leave the bus every 5 to 10 minutes at the station. The bus station is just one minute walking distance away from the university campus.

Tips: Great teaching style, top academics, especially the management classes and talking about this business management, you can expect life changing transition. Scholarship is available of 3000. I'm completely satisfied with the university course and the country.
Likes (Student Life): Student facilities are available in the university. 24*7 access to the library for students. Events and Indian festivals like Diwali and Holi are celebrated. We do have the Hindu society and the Indian society.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Average is very low for the permanent immigration option here in the United Kingdom. This is because of the current scenario in the United Kingdom. Students with experience are also struggling to get a graduate job here.

Permanent immigration can be a problem.
Tips: Speaking about the transition that I went through, that was pretty much smooth except the first week which was difficult for me as it was a new country but I already had a few friends that were living here for the last two years so they helped me to settle in. Getting a part time job can be challenging in the UK but with the proper support from the university I got my part time job within two months of joining the university. They have a separate site where they help students in creating their resume and they also list part time jobs there.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Because of the present events that have taken place. The laws introduced by the UK government restrict PSWP from 24 months to 18 months and there has been an increase in the sponsorship fee as well.

Lot more than just education.
Tips: My transition was quite challenging during the initial days. I took support of the University's mental well-being, society. They help me in settling in and I would suggest that if any of you find it difficult to settle in, there is always a mental will in society in every UK University; they are very kind to help, even if it is the smallest of matters. This thing at my university really impresses me. I received a scholarship of 4000. I am satisfied with my university and faculty members.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Exposure, the quality of teaching that London has been unmatched, was given at the University of London. After 1 year of Masters I found myself improved and change human being because of the exposure that I got from the faculty and peers here. This is something I remember and carry forward for all of my life.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Permanent immigration settlement, according to me in the current situation, the United Kingdom is not worth it as it used to be. Taxes are very high and living expenses as well, and if you talk about the opportunities, I think personally, there are more opportunities in India.

Quality education; gradually increasing crime rate.
Tips: Talking about the transition that I went through after coming from India here in the UK, it was quite challenging in the initial days while I was trying to settle in. We were two friends who came together for studies, so we managed somehow during the initial days, as time passed, made new friends and adapted ourselves to this new country. The quality of the faculty is just amazing. The professors have all the knowledge of their subjects. Just the professor of business schools. Call experience of real life, businesses and our classes were held in such an interactive way that it never felt like a theoretical class; it was a practical class. We always had a guest lecture after the second half of our classes.
Dislikes (Safety): Crime has significantly increased in recent times. People say that this is because of the illegal immigrants, but God knows what the reason behind it, it's no safer than it used to be, with multiple events involving international students. Being stabbed has been reported since my arrival, to be honest. I also feel scared while walking out alone at night.

Public transport provides great connectivity in the UK.
Tips: Transition was pretty smooth after coming to the UK, as I already knew the inside of living here from my friends who have been studying there from last few years. They helped me in settling in and apart from that, there is a dedicated team at the university that helps you settle in quickly. I am completely satisfied with my university. Talking about the city, I expected more from London as it was my dream city since childhood.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transport provides great connectivity in the UK. Also, internationally, you can take a train from London to Paris. It's that good that I would like to give it to a student, get the student twister as soon as you and get it liked with the rail. You'll get 30% discount on every rail trip.
Dislikes (Safety): Safety is one of the major concerns and the recent issue is in the city of London. There have been multiple cases of students being stepped on mentally. Students who are coming to London should be extremely careful about taking their phones out of their pockets in busy areas.

The UK's recession and Queen Mary's excellent education.
Tips: Before joining, one should consider the current scenario in the United Kingdom. This lack of jobs here right now is going through a period of bad choices. They are currently committing illegal immigration. So getting a job can be difficult. If you're coming here, be prepared for facing rejections while applying, though the university provides some good exposure. Lifetime exposure for me as I was not looking for the jobs here.
Likes (Post study jobs): Queen Mary University of London has a separate portal dedicated to the students where they can search for graduate jobs. All the jobs are listed there, and if you're lucky, you can get one as well. Also, provide personal support to the student applying for the jobs and graduate roles. For my course, the usual starting salary is 30,000 per.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): I would say that three star rating is justified for the permanent immigration option. This is because of the lack of jobs. There is so much hardship and finding a graduate job United Kingdom. It's no more than you graduate and immediately get a job. There is a lot of struggle behind it takes one year to get a job, and continuous hard work. Good job, considering the session chances are quite low.

Value driven education in the heart of London.
Tips: Students should be prepared for a transformative transition. I experienced a noticeable cultural shift upon arrival from India, which was managed through the systems and inclusive environment. I was fortunate to have availed myself of a 3000 scholarship directly from Queen Mary University of London which significantly impacted my financial planning satisfaction with the course, and the country is generally positive, reflecting the comprehensive value and supportive environment.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Immigration settlement is directly influenced by the current UK immigration policies. The education in the post study work period from 24 to 18 significantly restricts international time to find and secure employment by hindering pathways to permanent settlement. This political climate, combined with broad debates around illegal immigration contribute to a less favourable and uncertain landscape for long-term residence.

A place where different cultures feel one with endless opportunities if you have a defined path.
Tips: It was totally a different experience. Since I came on the September intake, everything started with reduced daylight and could weather, which we were never used to before. Second, the food, which you have to cook on your own to taste all your home country's styles. Third, you will have classes only 3 to 4 days a week and only 2 to 4 hours a day which means you have to study more on your own. Regarding scholarship, I got 20% education on total fees, and it is applicable to everyone who is applying to my university, with the condition that you do not have any other scholarship in place. I am very much satisfied with my university, as it gave me a whole new exposure to the cultural richness, friendly staff and environment, and the importance they give to sports. The modules that I had in my course are finely crafted to current market trends, and the exposure to MIRA was one of the biggest highlights.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I rated Indian food low mostly because the price of eating out in restaurants around Loughborough is just way too high for a student budget, so I ended up cooking almost all my meals myself. When you actually break down the costs, eating out makes zero financial sense. Like, you can literally go to the local shops, buy a tub of Dosa batter for maybe £2.50, and easily make 10 to 12 dosas right in your student accommodation. Meanwhile, if you go to an actual Indian restaurant here, you're paying a minimum of £4.50—if not way more—for just a single Dosa. Honestly, the food outside is decent, but it's an occasional luxury rather than an everyday thing because those prices will absolutely drain your bank account if you aren't careful.

My recommendations for studying at Loughborough University - and having an experience of a lifetime!
Tips: Before you even drop down here, make sure to check out what Loughborough has going on with their facilities, clubs, and random programs. The uni runs a bunch of pre-arrival virtual meetups with the staff and current students, and you should 100% skip the hesitation and jump on those calls to get a feel for the place.
I actually managed to do my master's here through a fully funded Chevening Scholarship. If you’ve already been working in your industry for a few years, you seriously need to check out the criteria for Chevening or any other funding options and just go for it. Getting that financial weight off your shoulders means you can completely throw yourself into the classes and the social life here—which is honestly an unforgettable experience.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The lecturers here are absolute experts when it comes to sports management, development, and the political side of it all. They make classes super interactive, which actually helps you take in the information without getting overwhelmed since they use a ton of real examples. Plus, a lot of them are actively running massive research projects in their fields. Because of that, everything they teach is backed by actual data and real-world practice, not just boring textbook theories.
Dislikes (Indian Food): The options for Indian food (restaurants and groceries) in the town and on campus are limited. Also, they do serve Indian food in the university cafeteria on certain days of the week. However, Leicester is 20 minutes away, which has plenty of Indian food options.

Undergraduate Indian Students at Loughborough
Tips: Didn't face any culture shock when I shifted, but I think it's because I'm just like that. There is a huge Indian community here; they are really sweet and have amazing events and are really sweet and accommodating. Every year many students from India do come here, so you wouldn't be alone.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The teachers are nice. They are extremely helpful and polite. Obviously this is university, and you don't actually have much conversation with them, but still they support you with different things. I haven't seen much racism here from the faculty. The careers network is also useful.
Dislikes (Part time work): Off-campus opportunities are less, especially if you are trying in Loughborough. But if you look at Leicester and are willing to travel there, it's fine then. Leicester is a town nearby; you can go by bus, which is not that expensive, but it depends on the person if they are willing to travel. I recommend getting a bank contact where you have the flexibility to go when you want. They call you and inform you of availability.

Strong Opportunity That Cultivates Growth
Tips: Students should know that the university offers a very independent learning environment compared to what many international students may be used to. Time management, self-discipline, and being proactive with academics, networking, and career opportunities are very important. The campus infrastructure, facilities, student support and extracurricular opportunities are excellent especially for sports and student life. However students should also realistically understand the current UK job market and plan early for internships, placements, networking and skill development if they are aiming for post-study employment. At the same time, opportunities (such as part-time work and research projects by the University) are not always handled to you automatically. Students who actively follow up, network, and show initiative tend to benefit the most. For example, I was able to get involved in a university-liked research project because I consistently followed up and stayed engaged with the opportunity rather than waiting for it to come to me. I would also recommend making full use of the university support systems, such as academic tutors, careers services, societies, social events, and wellbeing resources, as they genuinely help students settled in and get the most out of the experience. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
Likes (Quality of faculty): I gave the faculty a full 5/5 because the professors were seriously amazing—super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always had our backs. The teaching style was really engaging, and having great campus facilities to back it up made a huge difference. A lot of the lecturers actually brought real-world experience into the room, including former athletes, alumni, and industry pros who are still connected to the university.
I also loved how open they were to just sitting down for a chat or giving feedback outside of normal lecture hours. On top of that having a personal academic tutor was a lifesaver. They’d regularly check in to see how we were coping with the workload and life in general offering one-on-one help whenever we needed it. Plus, being able to run through our coursework outlines with the examiners beforehand was huge—it took away the guesswork and showed us exactly how to lock in better grades.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): I only gave it a 2/5 because trying to crack the UK job market right now is an absolute nightmare if you're an international student. It’s especially brutal for fresh graduates who actually need visa sponsorship. Sure, the uni has things like career fairs and counseling, but at the end of the day, you're completely stuck dealing with terrible market conditions and companies that just refuse to sponsor.
It’s way easier to just land a short 6-month contract, but honestly, that’s just a temporary band-aid. It doesn't actually solve the long-term issue of getting a stable visa.

Great college and value for money but country for job is not great
Tips: Cultural shift, yes—experiencing mingling with people from abroad has definitely changed my perspective. I didn't get any scholarship. I'm really satisfied with the university and course, but I'm not really satisfied with the country because a visa-sponsoring job wasn't really available, and I always felt like I was an outsider.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Teaching and curriculum are great compared to India. The way the teacher teaches and approaches is really great. Since there is no strictness about attendance and teachers just teach and mind their business, it gives us the freedom to utilize the time how we want.
Dislikes (Internships): I haven't tried for an internship but all I know is that it's not that easy to get internship and university help isn't all that great. I have tried a little for internships but since part time was possible I went but now thinking back I should have tried going for internships because that would have boosted my career.

I feel it is a must to experience something magical in your life.
Tips: The culture shock is real—honestly, you feel it the second you step off the plane. One thing I’d say is don’t try to force your old habits on people here; everyone really values their personal space, and they’ll respect you way more if you do the same. You’ve got to actually open your mind to how people live here instead of just sticking to what you knew back in India. You’re spending a lot to be here, so you might as well grow with the place.
I think a lot of students get blinded by the glamour of living abroad, but the reality is it gets lonely, even if you’re hanging out with friends. You also have to force yourself to speak up. If you stay quiet, you just get overlooked, period. Regarding scholarships, having solid grades from back home is the easiest way in since most of it’s automatic. But for everything else, a killer portfolio and SOP are what really set you apart. I’m honestly so happy I chose Loughborough London. My whole outlook on design has changed—the subjects and the way they actually teach you is just on a different level compared to what I was used to.
Likes (Public transportation): Every public transport system in London is well connected, accessible, and inclusive for all, I have seen disabled people climb up and about bus and tubes smoothly and efficiently, which speaks alot for the way the public transport system is designed. The overall connectivity is awesome, you may be anywhere in London you'll definitely find a tube or bus back home. In terms of affordability, one way trip avg cost about 2 pounds, that's about 200 rupees. This may be bus or train. Monthly about 40 to 50 pounds can be spent on travel alone.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Chances of permanent settlement is a dicey matter to me, it comes down to catering to a lot of decisions and sacrifice before you can actually commit yourself to a different city or country of your choice, besides the government policies for immigrants are not in flavour to them completely, you may now have to spend upto 10 years to be eligible for a PR, and then there are also almost 40 percent taxes that you pay off from your learnings to the government. To survive in that economy you need a lot more than just your degree Certificate. Given the chance to move out there, I would personally take because the opportunity would be great for work. Especially in design management, the role and work is highly appreciated and value.

Diverse learning environment.
Tips: I had a hard time when I arrived at the university. I was homesick and the style of teaching is also quite different from India. Later when I made friends and adapted to the course and learnt how to write my papers it was much easier.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): I’m not somebody who wants to stay here long term. Permanent settlement options for those who do are great. Coming from India, it seems a little dull and gloomy at times. There are many great opportunities for students and immigrants if you’re a hard worker.

A nice and interesting experience.
Tips: The way they conduct their course is very different from what I was used to. Especially for an M.Sc. course, you should know that most of what you'll learn is surface-level. Unless it's a very specific course. They do allow for scholarships. You'll have to check it out depending on your criteria.
Likes (Safety): Loughborough University is very safe at any time of the day. There are no facilities as such provided for safety, but in general, it is a very safe town. It is just a very safe down, I have walked at 3 am in the morning multiple times from university to my accommodation and I have never faced a dangerous incident. Neither have any of my friends so far.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): With all the changes going on with the immigration laws in the country, the odds for an international student getting a job is very low. Most of my international friends well qualified for a job have gotten a call back from companies interested in hiring them; however, as soon as they mention they will require future sponsorship, they are immediately rejected. There are very few companies, mainly the big ones, that offer sponsorship now. Usually around 25,000-30,000 annually if you somehow manage to get a job.

A great university with world class infrastructure and sports.
Tips: Please do your research, connect with the alumni who are still there in the UK and also the ones who've left. Know about the current market. Loughborough is well known for sports in the world, and scholarships for business studies are given on the basis of work experience.
Likes (Student Life): Loughborough University is very student-friendly, with tons of activities going on throughout the year. Students can also become student ambassadors for their courses, and the university also offers a lot of good part-time job options. The university has multiple student bodies, and each one has its own club. If you're interested, you can join the one that's right for you.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Loughborough University is located in a small university town with limited Indian food choices. However, the town is quite close to Leicester, which offers plenty of options for Indian food. Loughborough has a good number of pubs and also a good number of Indian restaurants, and some supermarkets and small Asian stores where you can pick up all your favourite Indian groceries.

Exceptional student experience, world-leading sport, and top-tier university.
Tips: Many students at the university make it feel like home. The transition was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the university's strong sense of community, diverse student body and the supportive staff. There is a separate International Experience team that helps and supports the International students. I did not avail myself of any scholarship, but overall, I'm highly satisfied with the university, the course, International Business Management and the country, the UK.
Likes (Safety): All halls of residence feature secure entry systems and have dedicated Hall wardens and sub-wardens who provide support. There are CCTV cameras that cover the entire campus, monitored at all times. The college is equipped with fire safety systems, emergency exits, and fire extinguishers. Lockers are provided for bicycle storage, ensuring they are properly secured at all times. Trained personnel provide first aid assistance in case of any emergency.
Dislikes (Internships): The University offers guidance and support for the students seeking internships. The University careers network provides resources such as job vacancy listings, dedicated internship programmes to help students with their applications. For example, Talent Match are promoted through the University platform and students are encouraged to engage further to make full use of the same.

University life can be drastically different for everyone.
Tips: Before joining this college, students should understand what course they are taking up and what facilities are available on campus. There are many activities and sessions that are offered for free, but students are often not aware of them. So, it is important to do your research beforehand.
Likes (Safety): There are security vans that patrol at all times. Also, the campus is always lively with people jogging around. However, because it's a small town, there's not a lot of crime. Even so, always try to walk in groups at night.
Dislikes (Part time work): There are part time jobs available on campus but because it's a small student town the options are limited. However there are opportunities for on-campus employment so it's not that bad. But a part-time job is difficult to manage when you have a heavy course load.

Potential learning but placement issues.
Tips: I got a scholarship of 4,000 Pounds and didn't have to take an entrance exam. I couldn't get a placement after graduation because of Brexit. Although I liked the university, the course didn't have value in my country, so it was pointless. I loved the country and the standard of living.
Likes (Safety): I felt safe even when I was out at 4 am in the town because it's never quiet and there are many lights on the road. Everything was accessible and nearby, so I didn't have to go away from home. Even at night, transportation is easily accessible and private cabs are available too.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): I didn't get any placement offers from the university after I completed my master's degree. There was no placement cell for any guidance, so everyone who earned their master's degree had to go back home. Even though university life was fun and the course provided good learning, placement really destroyed everything.

University is really good in terms of quality of education and faculties.
Tips: Loughborough University provides 20 to 10% of scholarships depending upon the criteria. The cultural difference that I faced after coming to UK was that everything closed by 6 pm but totally satisfied with the university. The course is really interesting.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Loughborough university is renowned for its high-quality faculty members in their respective fields. They often hold regular office hours, respond promptly to emails, and are willing to schedule appointments for additional support and guidance. The university employs a diverse range of teaching methodologies. Designed to cater to different learning styles.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Loughborough university is a small town where no settlement can be seen. Except for the university, there's nothing which can give you job opportunities, and students can't get settled because of a lack of professional opportunities. You need to go out and work in another big city.

University with top ranking and great student satisfaction rate.
Tips: I have experienced a cultural shift at the beginning of the semester. Teaching method, assignments were completely different from my home country. Later it was not a problem because we got used to it. I was awarded with the scholarship. It covered 20% of the tuition fee. I think B.Teach and 12th standard marks helped me with the scholarship. I am very much satisfied with the overall performance of the university. However, it completely depends upon ourselves how we will use the opportunities which are provided by the university.
Likes (Quality of faculty): For the Business Analytics course we used to have 5 days classes in a week. Morning sessions are lectures continuing sessions with the computer lab. So lab sessions are most of the practice of the lessons which are covered. University has a diverse teaching faculty which includes experienced faculty from all around the globe.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): At present I am looking for a job offer who will sponsor for my visa to stay in the country. If I get the one then there is a higher chance to settle in the United Kingdom. If I have a chance I would like to permanently immigrate to this country.
