Tips: Before joining RIT, students should be aware of various things, including internship opportunities, living expenses, university faculty, and the program outcome. Professors help get RA/TA positions, and that helps a student's profile stand out. There are many on-campus jobs available, including RAS and TAS, that students can apply for through the college's online portals. The professors are helpful, too. The university does a good job of letting students know about available jobs. In addition, the research experience you get as an RA or TA gives you an edge when you're applying for internships.
Dislikes (Internships): The university has portals where students can apply for internships. The university helps students with their applications and with resume building. There are also research assistantships and teaching assistantships available for students, and this research experience helps them with their future careers. Internships showcase your profile.

Better jobs and clean environment
Tips: I think students should learn to manage their time and schedule if they want to work part time as well as attend the college. The food situation is good on campus but they should always bring their own food just in case the food in college isn't available.
Likes (Part time work): There are a lot of jobs near the college which will help with a passive income. It's very easy to work part-time but on the other hand the college schedule is very tight so I have to manage the time accordingly. But, the jobs give a fare income which is very helpful.
Dislikes (Student Life): I gave it a low rating because sometimes there is just too much stress between your part time job and college work. Its hard to handle both of them at the same time, so I have to work my way according to time. The schedule is very tight and hard to manage at times.
