The multidimensional college.
Tips: It's quite good if you go for competitive courses like finance and marketing. As some courses don't add so much value in the career so course selection is quite essential when you opt for the courses. Don't go for any courses, only choose whatever you like to do in the field.
Likes (Indian Food): You'll get the option as there are so many multicultural stores. You can go for any national stores as it's a mixture of stores apart from famous food, you'll get Mexican, Asian, Italian and many more, depending on what kind of food you prefer but you'll find it.
Dislikes (Part time work): Part time jobs in Liverpool are quite tough as there is less opportunity compare to other colleges but if you have enough experience, you can go for it. You will get the internship but as I said it's not quite easy but not that much difficult if you have skills.

I have learnt a lot from this college and dealt with different types culture people.
Tips: I availed 5000 and it's decent, my total fees was 30,000 - 5000 scholarship. I'm pursuing my Master's at the University of Liverpool Management School. A cultural shift is that you can find many other religious people, it's good. It's really a good place to learn and live independently, and I would encourage students to come and live here and experience various aspects. People should come and experience it, really a wonderful window to experience and learn to be independent.
Dislikes (Part time work): It's good, mainly they focus on people who have good technical knowledge like Excel and things. Average part time work pay is for 20 hours per week. Per hour, they will pay 12.20 minimum so per month, you will receive 1000 which is equal to INR 1,20,000.

The university is focused more on academics than practical exposure.
Tips: Do your research before you come. Prepare well mentally and stay open to ideas. I got a 50% scholarship that covered my fees and helped me save money. Overall, it depends on what you take out of it. Join as many societies as possible and take on new experiences. The UK is a great place to be in, and you will find what you are looking for.
Likes (Safety): I had a good experience here. There is a high level of security and support. They also have a specials team, which I thought was neat. I had a lot of support, both inside and outside the classroom. If you like having a lot of support, this might be the school for you. However, they do not welcome creative ideas, and if you want to go on a trip with your friends, do not expect that to happen through university channels. I would recommend this school only if you don't plan to come up with any creative ideas or travel with your friends.
Dislikes (Internships): When it comes to internships, there is very little support. The focus here seems to be on academia, like a PhD. However, if you use the right strategies, you can still find an internship on your own. You can reach out to different teams at the university, and they may be able to help you tailor your search. Seniors/alumni are better options since the career studio team themselves are just undergraduates who haven’t even worked in the industry yet.

The transition to living here will be mostly smooth, with lots of wonderful and helpful people.
Tips: I would strongly advise any potential applicants to do thorough research of both the university and the country, especially the job market and opportunities, before making a decision. The transition to living here will be mostly smooth, with lots of wonderful and helpful people. Some cultural shifts are natural, but nothing to worry about too much. Future applicants should think about what they want their future to look like and what their primary motive of pursuing a master's degree from the UK. Then compare your goals and plan with the ground reality and make an informed decision.
Likes (Indian Food): Liverpool has abundant Indian restaurants for when one is feeling lazy to cook at home. Although vegetarian options are a bit scarce. For vegetarians, you would find restaurants to eat out at comfortably, maybe twice a week. Personally, I prefer cooking at home; the food is almost comparable, and you save both money and time.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Since 2022, the UK economy and job market have sharply declined. Graduate jobs for analyst positions have the same salary packages as casual work positions, such as barista, porter, retail worker, etc. Salary packages above 3,35,000 are few and far in between and have a tremendous amount of competition, including candidates with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Great education but a lot of job struggle.
Tips: Before joining the UOL, international students should be aware of limited job opportunities. The camps and academics are excellent, and scholarships help ease costs. You need not transition after coming here, Think through whether you want to study abroad, first and foremost there are a lot of students returning back with regrets.
Likes (Safety): The university provides excellent security measures and student support. The campus is very well maintained with 24/7 CCTV and security so when it comes to safety and security there is nothing to worry about. I have had all the good experiences.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): There is a limited availability of opportunities for international students, particularly those seeking companies that odder visa sponsorship. The jobs are not offered at all, it is a very depressing situation here with all the job market fluctuations.

A good tier two university
Tips: Do your research on this more. Look for more and options. Be open for experience and you meet a lot of people and face a lot of rejection. Give interview. Do part time and work on the skills. Explore the city and get to know a lot of people. Join societies and volunteer too.
Likes (Indian Food): There are a lot of stores where you can find Indian food and products but are a bit costly. From atta to fish curry rice and biryani. You can find everything there. Though they are located far away. You can buy them easily. Bring some masalas from India since they are expensive here.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The weather here is unpredictable and cost of living is raising. Food prices are high. They have increased the feels for psw visas too. They are planning to cut down post-study work visas. Health insurance is expensive. Look for graduate jobs. Attend career fair.

University of Liverpool- Amazing experience. Lots to learn.
Tips: Make proper research about the coursework and its outcomes. Research everything about the careers after graduation and internships. Acquire data about the course and university alumni. Network with previous students of the aspired course and university. Studying about the weather, transport system and life in the city to help and plan and decide about life in Liverpool during your stay cause the food options are limited when it comes to Indian cuisine. Learn to cook.
Likes (Value for money): The coursework and teaching and the academic and non-academic facilities available at the university are value for money. The University provides all the facilities required in academics efficiently making it worth it. The cost of living in Liverpool and the course fee are valued at affordable and reasonable with the accreditations and standards maintained by the university are very high.
Dislikes (Indian Food): The variety and availability of food options like vegetables and groceries are very limited and not available conveniently and also are not affordable. Within the city centre, the availability of Indian shops is zero. There are shops situated far off from the university and city centre. The are very limited number of vegetables available in the local shops where they are processed at high costs and the quality of the vegetables is poor. Due to transportation from the subcontinent, the vegetables wither within less days.
