Great and fun student life.
Tips: Student life here moves at its own rhythm and initially it took me some time getting used to as I had taken a break after my undergrad but once I started getting used to it; it became quite peaceful. The environment is easy going and academic and people are always willing to help. The campus is a bit in the countryside so if you are keen on exploring other parts you might have to dedicate a weekend or so.

Tips: Quite interesting experiences and classes are held in a more practical and research based manner. The weather is unpredictable but mostly on the colder side and we are used to carrying an umbrella with us almost everywhere. There are a few popular Indian food places as well but it can become expensive if you're living on a budget. A good place.

Tips: I was able to find my place here owing to various reasons including my batchmates, the administration and most importantly, the close knit Indian community which made me feel a bit more like home especially on festival days. The environment is competitive especially when it comes to job opportunities and sponsorship. I feel that the university can play a bigger role when it comes to placements and job prospects. Tips: Suffolk has a pretty secure and comfortable environment for all students especially internationally. I have felt pretty safe here and classes have not been particularly hard to keep up with which was reassuring. My peers and professors both have helped out when needed and there are also scholarships that help in making studying here a possibility which the administration usually has information about. Overall, very satisfied.

Tips: I found my experience smooth yet uncertain in the long run. Cultural transition isn't too much other than trying to follow the local accent and reading social cues. The currency gap is massive and continues to increase so you will have to save and budget to the best of your ability. There are supermarkets and retail stores around in case you need anything.

Interesting and interactive classes.
Tips: Ipswich is a very college oriented town but there are very few tech companies here so networking and work prospects can fall short if you're looking locally. Campus is very safe and student friendly and classes are interactive. Clubs are small but active and people are very uninterrupted.
Dislikes (Part time work): Part time jobs are present but hard to find. For on campus roles, you can get roles such as in the library and support roles. Off campus roles can include work in Tesco, primary and other local joints and cafes. Do not exceed 20 hours, as it is not legal.

Tips: Ipswich is a relatively peaceful town and not as loud and chaotic as most universities usually are. Great for focused learning and professors are easily approachable as well. Tips: As I pursued a Master's in Advanced Computer Networks, I can say that Birmingham City University would be a good choice for you to pick. Faculty and student life at this university are top-notch, and the best part is that they have so many activities for international students to interact and make themselves feel comfortable.
Likes (Indian Food): I am from Andhra Pradesh, and I found quite a few decent Indian restaurants, and there are so many Indian stores where you get almost everything you would crave when you are away from home. Most of the indian restaurants are a little expensive than the British restaurants.
Dislikes (Value for money): I personally felt it wasn't really worth the money we put in for a year of study. However, you will definitely get a lot of exposure on how to deal with so many situations that you wouldn't be able to manage if you were with your family. The whole year of study will boost your self-confidence, so I guess there's that.

Likes (Indian Food): There are many different kinds of restaurants available in the locality serving world cuisines at an affordable rate for the students on campus. I usually prefer cooking myself as I'm a vegetarian but there are few veg options available as well, so sometimes I do try those.
Dislikes (Value for money): The course fee is justified and everything around the campus, facilities provided for students, staff support, and everything adds up to make it a value-for-money decision. There are also scholarships available for students coming from an international background.

Tips: BCU is good for taking admission and studying in UK. The University is a multicultural institution where we can make friends from different countries like Japan, China, USA, etc. The faculty is so friendly and studies are stress free. Students should know the skills of doing work on laptop because studies and assessment are done through assignments and most of the Indian students are only familiar with pen and paper.
Likes (Value for money): Birmingham City University offers education that is so helpful for getting a good job in England. They offer support for every aspect of life. I was given £2000 bursary on joining. Students can borrow laptops from library and the staff is friendly. They offer huge work opportunities within the course.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The Graduate route scheme is introduced by the Government which gives two year work visa to the students after course completion. However, after two year work permit, the steps are unclear. Students have to look for companies that may sponsor them for further visa. These companies sometimes ask for huge amount of money in exchange for sponsorship.

Likes (Part time work): We enjoy our time in the library studying with friends and discussing every aspect of our subjects. We also enjoy events like cultural activities and group discussions regarding our subjects. Students from different cities are there in our college and they are friendly with their fellow mates.
Dislikes (Indian Food): The faculty is always available to help students and they are very good at explaining even the most difficult concepts. The facilities are also very good and they exceed the expectations of the students. The teachers are very understanding and patient and they never get annoyed with our questions.
