The college is very student-friendly and ambitious.
Tips: Before joining UWS students should know that it offers a supportive learning environment with practical industry exposure though it is important to manage coursework and personal time well. My transition was smooth due to the friendly campus community but adapting to a more independent study style and Scottish culture took some time. I received a merit based scholarship, which was very helpful. I am very satisfied with the university my MBA course and the welcoming environment Scotland offers to international students.
Likes (Public transportation): The UWS campus is well connected by trains, buses, and local transport making travel within the city and nearby areas easy. Public transportation is reliable, frequent, affordable, and student friendly offering convenient options that suit most schedules and budgets.
Dislikes (Internships): UWS typically does not offer guaranteed internships as part of most postgraduate programs. Some courses may include work-related learning or placement options, but internships are not always a built in feature and often depend on the course and the student's initiative.

More options for part time, value for money.
Tips: I did not avail of scholarships, but scholarships and tuition fee waivers are available. The university course has improved my confidence and given me a basic knowledge of the German language. There is no additional fee for learning German. The professors are friendly and encourage two-way interactions during lectures, which improves clarity on the subjects.
Likes (Student Life): Student life is made enjoyable through a variety of online and on-site activities. Numerous part-time opportunities, including paid volunteering, are available even on campus. The majority of my courses are offered both online and in-person, with the option to attend either way, which makes student life easier.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): German language skills are essential for finding employment and settling in. Numerous job opportunities exist in the IT and research sectors, but fluency in German, Spanish, and English will likely be required. If I get a chance to work here, I would permanently immigrate to this country due to its organised road transport system and high earning potential.
