Talk to ExpertLaunched in 2019, the LSEF-UMass Scholarship is awarded to driven, passionate and meritorious students to pursue postgraduate programmes from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (Umass). Scholarships up to 50% of academic tuition worth Rs 20,00,000 each are awarded to chosen candidates.

Candidates looking to apply to the LSEF-UMass Scholarship are required to keep the following in mind.
- Applicants need to be Indian citizens.
- Candidates who have completed (or will complete before July 2024) a minimum of three years of undergraduate (bachelor) degree in any discipline from an accredited institution or University in India are eligible to apply.
- Applicants should have studied Mathematics as a subject up to a minimum of 12th grade or equivalent.
- Applicants should have secured a minimum of 75% marks in their Undergraduate degree, 12th and 10th grades (or equivalent).
- GRE and TOEFL/IELTS examination scores are not mandatory for admission.
