• ID or passport copy
• Cover Letter (300 - 600 words) stating professional objectives
• One passport size photo
• Written proof; where applicable

However, for an example, the application fee for Le Cordon Bleu is CAD 500 per applicant. This is a non-refundable application fee. While there's no application fee at Le Cordon Bleu Wellington campus. All students are required to pay the application fee after submitting the application form. Else their application form will not be accepted for evaluation.
