A: 

Master of Landscape Architecture Scholarship is open to all domestic and international students. The Indian students can apply under the General Masters Scholarship. The students must have an offer of a place in a Unitec master’s Program and should be committed to completing a research thesis of at least 90 credits and achieving a minimum average grade of B-. The students should meet all the eligibility criteria and must sign the Scholarship Terms and Conditions documents and provide all the necessary supporting documents. Multiple housing facilities are readily available for students studying at Unitec University. Flatting is one such option where students can stay in rent a room in a shared house. The students are ensured a private room in the house but the lounge, kitchen, and bathroom are shared by the residents at the house. The students are responsible for their cooking, cleaning, and payment of bills. The house is not fully furnished hence students are required to buy some furniture during their stay. Charges for renting a room in the shared household are NZ $130 to NZ $200 (INR 6451- 9924) per week. This does not include the food and furniture expenses.Another accommodation option that students can opt for is renting an apartment or a house near Unitec University. Students are required to keep their money aside for expenses such as food, rent, power, phone, transport facilities, and furniture expenses. The charges for renting an apartment or a house are NZ $280- NZ $560 (INR 13894- 27789) per week.

Furthermore, students can also live in a student Residential Village which is located right beside the Unitec Campus. Each apartment includes a private single occupancy room, a lounge, a kitchen, and a bathroom all fully furnished and equipped.
