Multiple housing facilities are readily available for students studying at Unitec University. Flatting is one such option where students can stay in rent a room in a shared house. The students are ensured a private room in the house but the lounge, kitchen, and bathroom are shared by the residents at the house. The students are responsible for their cooking, cleaning, and payment of bills. The house is not fully furnished hence students are required to buy some furniture during their stay. Charges for renting a room in the shared household are NZ $130 to NZ $200 (INR 6451- 9924) per week. This does not include the food and furniture expenses.Another accommodation option that students can opt for is renting an apartment or a house near Unitec University.
