dMAT 2026 Exam: APS Consent Form

Candidates taking the dMAT as part of the APS procedure will be required to sign a Declaration of Consent. The consent allows the dMAT result to be transferred to the Academic Evaluation Centre (APS) in New Delhi.

Candidates should sign the form when asked by the examination staff and return the signed form to them. Without consent, the dMAT result cannot be transferred to APS.

dMAT and APS Procedure 2026

Candidates should register on the APS portal and submit the required APS documents as early as possible. If the APS file is otherwise complete, APS India may begin verifying the documents while the candidate waits for the dMAT result.

Once the dMAT certificate is released, candidates can submit it to APS to complete their existing APS file. However, this option applies only to the dMAT certificate. All other documents required under the applicable APS checklist must be submitted at the start of the APS procedure.
