The University of Leeds is offering International Masters Regional Scholarships for 2025 to ease the education costs for talented postgraduate students.

The university has launched this initiative to offer Indian students and students from other countries enrolling in taught Master's courses in 2025 a fee reduction of £6,000.

International Masters Regional Scholarships are launched to help competent students so that they can focus on their education without worrying about the living costs. This new scholarship marks a new milestone in the University of Leeds's efforts to boost its ties with India.

International Masters Regional Scholarships 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria for the award:

• To get this scholarship, the students must be Indian nationals or they may be classified as ­­international students.
• The applicants should be from one of the following countries: India, Germany, France, Egypt, South Korea, Peru, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Spain, USA, UAE, Turkey and Vietnam.
• The applicant should be self-funded or partially funded for fee-paying and should be classified as an international fee-paying student.­­
• They must hold an offer of the 2025 Master's degree from the University of Leeds. It can be a conditional or unconditional offer.
• The MBA and online courses at the University of Leeds are not eligible for this scholarship.
• The scholarship can be combined with other funding (external or from the University of Leeds), but on the condition that it should not exceed 100% of the tuition fees.
• The International Masters Regional Scholarships 2025 cannot be deferred to a future year of entry.

How To Apply For International Masters Regional Scholarships 2025?

The applicants need not apply for this scholarship separately, they will get this automatically if they meet the award criteria. If they are eligible, they will get an email notifying them about the scholarship, for which they will be required to confirm their interest through the link given in the email.

Those who confirm their interest in the scholarship will get a tuition fee discount in their second semester. To get it, the students must be registered at the university on January 30, 2026.
