About St Lawrence College
Established in 1967, St Lawrence College is a public college based in Ontario, Canada. History
The college came to be thanks to the efforts of Premier William Davis, also considered the "Father of the Ontario College System", who wished to open colleges of applied arts and technology to develop in-demand skills among youngsters and World War veterans. A farmland of the Ontario Psychiatric Hospital was bought from the Canadian government, and the Kingston Campus was established. The Cornwall Classical College was bought in 1968 and renamed as the Moulinette Hall. The Brockville Campus was opened in 1970.
