London Business School (LBS London) is a well-established business school that was founded in the year 1964. It was previously known as the London Graduate School of Business Studies. It is one of the top public universities in London, UK. Located just around the corner from Regent’s Park in Baker Street, LBS is one of the public universities in the UK. Apart from London, its other campus is located in Dubai. History
London Business School was established in 1964. Then, in 1965, it joined the University of London. In the same year, the first Executive Development program was launched, followed by the Senior Executive program. In the same year, a full-time MSc program was also launched. It is a graduate business school established in the UK. Finally, in 1986, the school became the London Business School and was incorporated by Royal Charter, which gave LBS the right to confer and grant degrees. In 1992, LBS was awarded the Queen’s Award for Export in recognition of providing educational services to managers and companies worldwide.
Then, in 2007, a new campus was opened in Dubai which offered both Executive MBA and Executive Education programs. In 2012, the school acquired Marylebone Town Hall and restored it with the aim of expanding its teaching facilities by 70%. This building was then renamed ‘The Sammy Ofer Centre’. In 2016, LBS launched a new program, the Masters in Financial Analysis
