Q:   What are the requirements to join Brigham Young University?

A: 

Requirements for undergraduate and postgraduate programs:
Undergraduate Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or by completing a homeschool programme approved under state law)
Recommended high school courses: 4 years of mathematics, 4 years of English, 2-3 years of laboratory science, 2 years of history or government, 2 or more years of a foreign language
GPA of 3.86 or higher
ACT or SAT score (if required)
English Language Proficiency (if required)

Postgraduate Requirements:
Four-year undergraduate degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution
Strong undergraduate GPA with an average of 3.55 or higher
Minimum of two years of post-graduate work experience that demonstrates advancement and leadership trajectory

Q:   How to apply for an USA visa?

A: 

When your college sends you a Form I-20, the visa application procedure begins. It is advised that you pay the SEVIS I-901 fee before beginning the US visa application. You can fill out a DS-160 visa application after paying the SEVIS fee and receiving a receipt. It is an online application form. To bring to your interview, print the confirmation paper from your application. Make an appointment for your biometrics and an interview. You must physically show up for the biometric appointment so that your fingerprints may be scanned and your photo taken for the visa.

At the Personal interview, the interviewer will ask you questions about your choice, of course, college, finances, and intent of coming back. If he/she is convinced, they will keep your passport with them to get the visa stamped.
