Yes, Dr. Seuss, American children's author and cartoonist is alumni of Dartmouth College. Originally named as Theodor Seuss Geisel, he adopted name Dr. Seuss as undergraduate at Dartmouth College. He pursued BA degree at Dartmouth and graduated in 1925. It was this college where he joined Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and the humor magazine Dartmouth Jack-O-Lantern, eventually rising to the rank of editor-in-chief.
