One-Year MBA 

at Emory University, Atlanta

• Interviews are by invitation only, after a review of a completed application
  • Submit all required MBA application materials in order to be considered
• The admissions interview offers students the opportunity to explain more in-depth their educational and career experiences to date, and to elaborate on their post-MBA career plans

Documents Required:

• A scanned copy of the university transcripts for evaluative purposes
  • The document must include the institution's name, name, degree conferred (with date), and all courses taken with relevant grades
• Transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended are required
  • If the applicant is admitted to the program, he/she will be required to submit official transcripts with an enrollment deposit
• A certified translation of all transcripts if the original was not issued in English
• Two letters of recommendation are required:
  • The recommender should be able to answer the following questions about the applicant:
    • Please indicate to which group you are comparing this candidate (e.g., co-worker, MBA graduate, etc.)
    • What characteristics or attributes best describe the applicant?
    • In what area is the applicant most exceptional?
    • In what area(s) does the applicant need improvement? Describe the applicant's awareness of these areas and response to constructive feedback.
    • How would you describe the applicant's interpersonal skills and the impression they make in meetings, presentations, or other interactions? Is the applicant effective when working in a team?
• Submit all required essays:
  • Essays should be written in 10- or 12-point, Arial font, and double-spaced
  • Please do not include the essay title on the page
  • Upload the essay answers, numbered and in order, as one pdf document
  • Video Essay
• A one- or two-page resume containing the employment and education background
• GMAT/GRE Scores
• Proof of English Language Proficiency
