Diverse learning environment and interactive sessions.
Tips: The minimum tuition is affordable for international students. The faculty is friendly with the students, and they are committed to supporting them in the future. We have a big, diverse and vibrant campus. The people are very friendly, and we get to learn different approaches to a problem from different perspectives. We have a lot of on-campus events and activities held for students to participate in and build connections. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the course, the university and then country.

Enriching learning experience at a supportive community.
Tips: Students should get in touch with their college and ask for their approved and prohibited items checklist. Every college will have one and each college will have slightly different guidelines. Some colleges won't even allow a power trip. Make sure you contact them before spending money on things like mini-fridges and microwaves.

Reputable educational institute
Tips: Transitioning after arriving in this country is a new experience. There was a noticeable cultural shift which involved adapting new traditions. I didn't secure a scholarship during my time here but the cost of education here was manageable and I relied on part-time for my expenses. In terms of satisfaction, I have found my university experience to be rewarding.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Our department faculty are very accessible and approachable and they are also helping students. They all are intelligent and most of them are Ph.D. The teaching method is unique but I think it's best for all students to try to learn new things. We are given a lot of practical knowledge.
Dislikes (Student Life): Student life is balanced here. I make my own food. I go to college and attend lectures and lab and then in break time I go to the library and read books. I also work part-time so managing that is not bad. There are many events organised by BPP University. And also there are many student clubs available.

The university is good. Look for accommodation.
Tips: Not many scholarships are available. I just got 3000 pounds scholarship and it was based on my percentage. I am satisfied with my university fee and the course. But I am not happy in UK because compared to India, UK is only for money purposes and nothing more than that. Although, the university is good.
Likes (Indian Food): Nandos is good but self-cooking is a better option. There are so many restaurants in the UK but compared to India, there is much different food available in the UK. The pricing here is also higher than what we see in India.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): More than 50 companies offer sponsorships for a work visa. There are so many job roles and different packages for full-time work visas. Many IT companies and more opportunities are provided.

A positive and enriching experience abroad.
Tips: There is definitely a cultural shift. I had the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds which was a completely new and valuable experience for me. I received a scholarship. I applied for it through the University process and was selected.

Value for money and super budget friendly.
Tips: It was a big transition back in my home country to the UK, so it was a kind of. I took responsibility for managing my expenses and I successfully achieved this through a part-time job that I got from the University portal. Adding on, the university was helpful in crafting my CV.
Likes (Value for money): It’s completely value for money. I got a scholarship of £3000. So my fees were £15,000 in £15,000. I was getting London exposure, meeting a variety of people plus on that you also get part-time opportunities via the university portal, which is really helpful in getting part-time jobs. I got my part-time job within one month of coming here
Dislikes (Post study jobs): You don’t get many placement opportunities at this university. The companies do not prefer students of this university, so there are no chances of getting hard through this university. But if you have this skill at the university, just a name you can crack through any of the companies.

  • Check your college or university's internal job/internship portals
  • LinkedIn and Indeed list many part-time work options
  • Visit local shops, cafes, or supermarkets directly (don't forget to take your CV)
  • Fiverr and Upwork are good options for freelance roles
