History
NTU UK opened as the Nottingham Government School of Design in a rented house at Heathcote Street to address the need for a school to train students in Arts and Design. It moved to Commerce Square with the growing number of students. 1865 saw it move to the Waverley Building. 1949 saw the opening of the Nottingham Farm Institute to train farmers and agricultural workers with new scientific skills. 50% in your 12th standard is enough to make you eligible for an International Year One Course at the Nottingham Trent International College. For a bachelor's degree, however, you would need a minimum of 65% in four relevant subjects (excluding native language). Some courses may also require a valid score in the SAT or the ACT exam. An IELTS score in the range of 6.0-7.0 is enough.
