Established in 1930, Indiana Institute of Technology is private, non profit, 4-year university. The institution is an official member of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning, and it is currently organized and divided into five colleges. Indiana Institute of Technology History
Indiana Technical College was founded in 1930 and had offered an accelerated Engineering degree in order to provide a pathway for engineering students into the workforce. Between 1906 and 1927, John A. Kalbfleisch was an educator at International Business College in Fort Wayne, Indiana and had served as its president during the last two years.
