- A copy (or scan) of passport or identity information
- Copy of applicant's student visa (D-visa) with date of entry in Belgium
- Copy of the rental agreement of applicant's room/apartment in Antwerp
- 2 passport-sized photographs
- The balance will be spread over a period of 9 months, with the first payment due before the 30th of September of the ongoing year and the last payment before the 31st of May of the next year (On an exceptional basis)
- An extra (administrative and financing) fee of 4.0% will be charged (on the balance) for this payment plan
