4) Easier Post Graduate Work Permit Rules

Post Graduate Work Permit Canada (PGWP Canada) rules allow a student to stay back in Canada and work over there. The terms and conditions for pursuing post-study work in Canada are much more relaxed as compared to other countries such as the US. These rules finally lead to a Canada PR (Permanent Resident). However, in order to be eligible for a PGWP Canada, the duration of the academic course must be at least 8 months. If the duration is more than 8 months but less than 2 years, you will get a work permit for a period equal to your course duration. If the duration of the course is 2 years or more, you may receive a work permit of 3 years.
