History
In 1907, the Legislative Assembly passed the University Act. In 1909, the board approved the purchase of around 1,170 acres of land in Saskatoon to set up the USask Canada Campus. 1911 saw the laying of the cornerstone for Regina College. Finally, in 1912, the university welcomed its first class. The School of Accounting began in 1915, followed by the Summer School in 1917.
