Tips: The programs here are decent and detailed but they lack approach in certain aspects. The faculty is very knowledgeable and has helped in shaping my perspective as well. Tips: Location and cost of tuition are both on the higher side so make sure you have thought it through and explore your options as well. Very busy campus, and professors are helpful for job prospects and networking opportunities if you connect with them. Can be better in terms of safety.
Dislikes (Part time work): Limited opportunities for part time both on and off campus. On campus, you'll have better chances if you look at some of the less sought after options and if you're able to adjust it in your schedule while managing your workload as well. There are teaching and research assistantships as well.

Tips: Cultural differences are almost everywhere, but it is a part of the process and as long as you're observant and respectful of people's time and space, you'll be fine. Tips: For me, the environment was new but not familiar, as I had spent most of my educational journey away from my hometown, so settling in wasn't particularly difficult. In an environment such as this, you have to be more proactive with both social groups and in the classrooms. Job opportunities are limited and you'll need at least a Master's to stand a chance. Rent depends on location and where the campus is can be a bit more expensive than the rest, but there are a lot of computers.

Tips: Don’t apply to the college through a consultancy. It’s easier to apply directly on the college’s website. You may also want to visit the college in advance. Check out the country’s culture and make sure it aligns with what you’re looking for in your education. It's hard to live in a country with little vegetarian cuisine if you're not vegetarian. You might want to look into that before you apply. Student life was the best with lots of academic and non-academic work. There were sports, and the system was the updated one. The teachers were helpful, friendly and outgoing with the students usually. The city is very welcoming for students from all over the world and there are many leverages for students. The student card helps you gain benefits of different sports at a discounted rate. Overall, I am satisfied with my experiences.
Dislikes (Part time work): The faculty was nice, interactive and liberal. They cleared my doubts thoroughly. They were friendly and treated every student right. Also, important sessions were held at the correct time and tests were taken regarding the topic concerned. The tests and curriculum were hard but teachers made sure to make it easier for all the students through extra classes, good thorough presentations and problem-based learning classes which made us more confident with the case-based learning.

Tips: Every department has highly knowledgeable faculty. The university offers both theoretical and practical examinations, and there are practical classes. I believe scholarships are not provided for students, but I am not entirely sure. The institution provided two tests before the final exam, and every subject has a practical exam. The best thing about the college is that the college environment is eco-friendly, and the lecturers are very cooperative with students. The overall quality of education is satisfactory.
Likes (Indian Food): There's a tiffin service for Indian students and a shop that sells Indian ingredients. They have everything I need to make meals like dal, chawal, aata, and masala. There is also an Indian restaurant.
Dislikes (Part time work): In Georgia, people speak Kartuli. You have to learn the language in order to communicate with the locals and deal with public officials. You can also potentially manage a part-time job, depending on your course schedule.

Doctors here are molded with efficiency and good heart.
Tips: I was 17 when I came to Georgia, this country welcomed me with open arms and has helped me grow in all aspects. I had not applied for any scholarships and our Dean had a motto " Life is easy, be happy". This helped us get through any hardships since we didn't have our parents looking after our back, we had each other. We spent most of the day at the college especially during exams because we had the best study environment. The green surroundings of the campus, the available cafeteria, and most importantly, the digital services and library are something every student dreams of. Sports and cultural events were also part of our journey. Both participating and volunteering in them were fulfilling experiences. We had clubs for both sports and cultural activities until 2021, but there must be others now.
Dislikes (Value for money): My professors were very approachable and kind to explain and teach very efficiently. The PBLs were the best where we got to discuss cases and jot down the differential diagnosis. No matter their nationality, our teachers all spoke English fluently, and I have never experienced racism here. We had good unity both on and off campus.

Tips: New Vision University is very friendly and academically oriented. Georgian culture was very different from India’s. It was fascinating, even their main food was related to red. Georgia is a very beautiful country, very famous for tourism and wine. New Vision University has very limited opportunities related to part-time jobs. There are part-time jobs like desk receptionist, office work, or management. Overall, I was very satisfied with my university.
Likes (Safety): I used to live in Tbilisi city, and it was very safe to roam around or go for a walk with my group of friends. In fact, I used to go for grocery shopping at night without any fear of being followed or anything. Georgia country is very much excellent when it comes to safety.

Tips: The weather is definitely a lot different, have to prepare for the cold. The curriculum is US-based, and standard textbooks and exam formats vary from university to university. Working here is difficult because the language barrier is big, so there aren't many job opportunities in your field. Still, you may be able to work at a convenience store or as a broker/translator for international students. Overall it was a great experience, all the material required for the exams was provided.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): Permanent immigration is easy to obtain with a minimal residency requirement of six years. This is a very peaceful country with kind people, a good transportation system, many job opportunities if you can overcome the language barrier, and a lot of natural beauty. It is also very clean.

Likes (Safety): Tbilisi is considered one of the safest cities in the world. While the city is very safe but standard precautions against petty crime and theft should be taken, especially in tourist areas. Tbilisi is safe even at night, as there are CCTV cameras everywhere.
Dislikes (Student Life): Tbilisi is an affordable and popular destination for students, especially for foreign students, due to its low cost of living and friendly environment to study in Georgia student visa is required, and an offer letter is required from the university before going there.

Tips: I would like to say that studying the MBBS medical course in Georgia was fairly cheaper than studying in India. I have transitioned well after coming from Georgia. The subjects and practices in Georgia were quite similar, in fact, more advanced. Overall, I am very satisfied with my university.
Likes (Value for money): The tuition fee at New Vision University for my MBBS course in Georgia is justified. It's much more affordable compared to private colleges in India, especially if you don't score well on NEET, where costs can be as high as approximately 1 crore.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Georgia offers a relatively low cost of living, a liberal economy, and a simplified tax system. It also boasts very scenic natural beauty and a rich culture. If given the chance, I would like to permanently immigrate to Georgia, as the medical career is more advanced there.

Tips: There were no scholarships available when I was there. I transitioned well back into the job market. Since graduation, I have had no issues practising medicine at other hospitals and clinics, and I have been practising for many years now. There are consultant firms here that sponsor work visas.
