Kursk State Medical University provides many research opportunities to explore the topics.
Tips: You must know that life is not easy anywhere. Kursk comes with challenges but some people make everything easier. The Russians don't pass a smile to strangers but once you talk to them they can help you get to know the city. The college is good with helpful teachers there are also many research opportunities from college in my field of interest. I am vegetarian so options for me are very limited in restaurants therefore I prefer to cook by myself. The ingredients are comparatively high priced and not everything is available so options are limited but if you can get creative then it's good. There are Indian restaurants available the food isn't exactly of good taste it's average. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
Likes (Public transportation): The transportation system is very good. The public transport is clean and cheap. We can get a bus card at a very cheap price which is 300 for students per month which saves daily spending on public transport. There is also an app that guides you about the timing and location from any point of the city by bus or tram or the local taxi.

Kursk State Medical University provides freedom to explore and grasp knowledge.
Tips: The college has all the necessary amenities and resources to support students. The faculty members are knowledgeable and friendly, which makes learning enjoyable. In addition to academic training, the college provides a platform for student growth and participation in a variety of activities. The location of the college is convenient to transportation hubs. The classes are scheduled comfortably and the teachers do a good job. We also really enjoy the culture and the feeling of freedom we have here. We get to celebrate things like Freshman Day and other cultural days. We also have a student welfare group called IMSAC. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transportation is very affordable. We can get a student pass for a month for just 300 rubes and we get unlimited use of the buses. Buses are available all the time, the stops are spaced every 500 to 1000 meters and there are buses every minute or two.

The college is good and affordable. The faculty are highly knowledgeable and friendly.
Tips: Before joining, students must focus on learning Russian. You must also learn all the topics well to avoid failing your classes. Only hard work will help you succeed in this college. Finally, you need to focus on developing your personality to fit in well at the college. Studying, enjoying yourself, and staying healthy are basic needs when living in Russia.
Likes (Value for money): It is a good place to study, and it is affordable. The tuition is 6280 USD for two semesters, which is very low compared to other universities in India. The faculty is great, and there is a good environment for students who are serious about their studies. Also, one can get a good hostel to live in.
Dislikes (Internships): There are no internships here. You have to work tirelessly at the hospital to make a good impression on the teachers, and then you might get a good internship. You also need to know your subjects thoroughly to get an easy go at the hospital.

Insightful college experience.
Tips: I advise students to learn some Russian so that they can communicate more easily outside the university. Adjusting to life here has been exciting and challenging. Initially, I had difficulty with the food, social norms, and communicating outside the university. However, I have embraced the cultural diversity and found it enriching. And my university had a full-time Russian language course for three years, which has made it easier to communicate. I am quite satisfied with my university and the course I am pursuing. The resources available for students include libraries, anatomical museums, hospitals, and study groups. As for the country, I appreciate the cultural diversity and the opportunities for personal development.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transport here is very economically accessible and eco-friendly. My university is mainly in the centre of the city so it's well connected with public transport. There are many modes of transportation like buses, taxis and trains. It is very affordable and convenient. Heaters are also installed in every kind of transport.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I am a vegetarian, and I found that there are not so many varieties of vegetarian food. There are fast food restaurants, but they have a lot of non-vegetarian and seafood options. The price for one person may differ from person to person, but I prefer cooking for myself because it is more convenient.

The university has well balanced schedule for classes and interactive sessions.
Tips: Students should be aware that they are choosing to enter the medical field, and that a lot of hard work is required to earn the trust of patients. Medical professionals are often the last hope for patients in difficult situations. The student life was well-balanced, with a good mix of extracurricular activities, sports, and academics. I was able to enjoy my personal life while studying, and I also got a lot of practical experience in the hospital for a few months. The faculty are approachable and will guide you throughout the sessions. The city is beautiful and safe. The people are very friendly, fun-loving and easygoing and treat us with the kindest gestures. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my course, university and the country.

The college provides us with great facilities and several activities to interact with our alumni.
Tips: It is a good college for anyone who wants to learn. There is a cultural shift here in buying items, learning, and basic manners. Also, it is important to call each other respectfully. There is a scholarship for 1500 dollars. This country is very safe, and there are no conductors on buses. You just tap your card and go. The people are generally friendly, and they are very helpful to foreign students. I am satisfied with the university.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I do the self-cooking, and all the ingredients needed to cook vegetarian food are either in short supply or expensive. So, I mostly eat pasta or noodles. This city and country have their own culture of mostly eating non-vegetarian food, so if you are a vegetarian, you should be aware of this.

The schedule at Izhevsk State Medical Academy is hectic and difficult to manage.
Tips: The schedule at Izhevsk State Medical Academy is hectic. Classes are all day, and then there are lots of homework assignments to complete. They don't teach you anything in class and they expect you to learn on your own. And then there's a test in every class. There's no mess hall, so watch out for agents who say there is one and try to collect mess money. Cooking, managing academics, and self-learning are difficult, especially in bad weather. But once you get used to it, it's not so bad.
Likes (Safety): I felt safe walking around town at night, but the police sometimes stopped me to check my documents. They are friendly, but it's a good idea to always carry a picture of your passport and residential address on your phone.
Dislikes (Indian Food): The canteen serves only tasteless Russian food. There are very few vegetarian options, and the non-vegetarian food is not tasty. Given the large number of Indian and Pakistani students, the university should provide better food options.

Lot of language barrier between students and faculty. It is hard to understand the concepts.
Tips: There are lots of problems that I have encountered since I started attending. First, the language barrier is a real issue for me, and I have had a hard time understanding the professors' lectures. The timing of the classes has been inconvenient for me, as they often conflict with my other schedules. The weather has been a major problem, as it is too hot and humid to study effectively or extremely cold. The food options on campus are very limited and not tasty, so I often end up eating off campus. I did not receive any scholarship, so I have to pay full tuition, which is a financial burden. There is no drinking water available on campus, which is a serious health hazard. The teachers are not very helpful, and I often feel like I am teaching myself the material. Also, there are no internships available for students, so I feel like I am wasting my time. I am not satisfied with my university.

The university is easy going but sometimes it is difficult to manage our studies.
Tips: It's an easygoing university, but you need to focus on your studies regularly. After completing the MBBS course here, you need to take the "NEXT" exam in India. So, do basic regular studies for the university exams, but focus most of your attention on preparing for the "NEXT" exam. We are not yet provided with the availability of internships in my field of study. I think we can get guidance, but I don't feel like asking for it now since I'm just in my first year.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I am a pure vegetarian, and there are very few options for me here. The only value-for-money vegetarian option is pizza. Other than that, there is only coffee and a few bakery items that are not worth the price.

The college is not so good. Additional subjects makes it difficult to focus.
Tips: The schedule at this university is very hectic, and there's unnecessary pressure from useless subjects. The McQueen exams are unfair because students who get answers from their sources pass, while students who really study get lower marks or even fail, which is disappointing.
Likes (Safety): I feel safe in this city. I've never had any bad experiences. The people are friendly, and the police patrol the streets at night, which is a good thing. The stores are open 24/7, and there are many stores close to the hostel near the university, so you don't have to worry about groceries.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I would prefer cooking by myself as the mess facility here is not so good and they only provide breakfast and dinner, no lunch. Veg food is a big issue in this city as there are no Indian restaurants and no vegetarian food available.
