Pretty average, would recommend only for finance.
Tips: Before joining the University of Stirling, I suggest knowing your course and checking for numerous scholarships. The location and amenities of the school are amazing, and the campus is large enough that it has plenty of various activities. I have met people who have turned into family. Unfortunately, there are some issues, such as racism that some staff members have, and they cancel classes for their protests, so I had to self-teach most of the course.
Likes (Student Life): The people and culture here are amazing. I met some absolutely crazy people who are now like family. There's always something happening on the weekends, and the library is great for late-night studying. The South Asian club organises tons of events, which is a great way to meet people from your own country.
Dislikes (Internships): This university is good in terms of its amenities, but it has no placements, gives little training for jobs and CV guidance, has mostly useless courses, and markets these courses to international students to make money. They also don't provide internships for my area of study.

Excellent faculty but fewer part-time jobs.
Tips: The transition after coming here was quite difficult as I was not familiar with the climate. The people were quite good and polite. As of now, everything is going well. Finally, the University is good for sports and the gym at the university is an advantage for us.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The faculty at this University are quite good at teaching and are experts in their field of subjects. Moreover, their experiences and knowledge of the subjects make it easy for students to understand the topic. The majority of faculty at this University are Scottish people. More than 95% of staff are from Scotland.
Dislikes (Part time work): The part-time jobs are fewer or I can say difficult to get one as it is a small city. The city doesn't even have the size of Mysore. The population in this city is also very low. Managing a part-time job and university education is quite challenging as we have classes four days a week. The tight timetable is also an issue to the part time job.

An experience of lifetime at the University of Stirling
Tips: The university provides around 4000 pounds scholarship to Indian students to support with the application. It was a wonderful experience being a part of the University and travelling to Scotland. Different culture, yet very accepting and welcoming apart from the sightseeing you can do a lot in Scotland.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Faculty members are approachable and very well learned. You get to learn a lot from them if you keep yourself active. Teaching was a mix of theoretical and practical learning with real-life examples and workshops. Professors are from across the globe thus showing that University of Stirling is a diverse employer.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Permanent settlement depends on individuals and if you get a job of choice. There are many students who prefer to come back to their home country after graduation. And those who prefer to stay either go for sponsorship from the companies or sponsor themselves for at least couple of years (Graduate Route Visa). I preferred to return back to India to be around my people.

Best study destination for international students
Tips: There is a bit problem with part time jobs in Stirling but with time you can find one. Otherwise, it's the best study destination for international students. Faculties are always ready to help. Personal tutors are assigned to each and every student so that one can have a buddy available every time for help.
Likes (Student Life): The atmosphere here at the university of Stirling is amazing. And all the relevant facilities are available around the campus. Personal tutors are assigned to each and every student so that one can have a buddy available to solve all the problems. The most important sports facilities are amazing here at Stirling.
Dislikes (Value for money): Until you don't have a job in the UK it's expensive to spend Indian money in pounds. Finding part-time jobs is quite difficult in starting but if you keep pushing it and have a clear vision you will get a job for sure. Don't hesitate in doing any work rather accept it as a challenge and overcome it.

Reputed college with good reviews
Tips: College is quite good but students who are really studious and keen to learn should opt for this university. As assignments provided are really of master's level and you will learn a lot if you are serious about your career.
Please book your hostel accommodation in advance.
Commutation from Stirling to Glasgow,

University of Stirling has a beautiful campus with all the facilities for sports and fitness.
Tips: The cultural shifts are quite ok and not a big deal. But the issue is managing the expenses and finding a part time job is really harder.
Moreover, the timetable at this university is little stressful. So, it will become harder again to get a part time job and lastly the attendance are important to successfully complete the masters.
Likes (Quality of faculty): All the faculties at the university are well qualified and have experience. Good learning experience as the teachers are good at teaching. Faculties at this university is really helpful in preparation of assignments and they guide you to prepare the assignments and conduct seminars.
Dislikes (Part time work): Getting a part time job opportunity in Stirling is difficult and also an on campus opportunity will be extremely difficult. It's a small city or you can say it's a village and the city depends on the university. Managing the part time job and student life is stressful. Even getting a part time job is a luck. It's not a big city to find more part time job opportunities. Working far away and traveling to the workplace is an another hurdle as it's expensive. Can't manage the expenses.

Strong academics and supportive community.
Tips: Transitioning here was easy. There was a bit of a cultural shift but there are a lot of people from my country of origin that you can converse with, also a lot of people are friendly here so talking with them will be easy and great.
I didn't get any scholarships, because international undergraduate students from India can only apply for the International Excellence Award.

University with plenty of opportunities.
Tips: Students need to get to know about the course that they are taking. Should be mentally prepared to take care of themselves without anyone's support. It is really important for all international students. It is easier for them to sustain if they know a little bit of cooking.
Likes (Part time work): It is very easy to get part time from this location since it's near London. If you apply consistently and your CV looks good, then it's quite easy. You just need to focus on building ourselves and then you can get your part-time job within 1 or 2 months.
Dislikes (Public transportation): Different modes of public transportation are easily available. The bus stop is inside the campus. The railway station is very near the campus, with just 10 minutes walk. There are more than three bus stops inside the campus where you can expect buses very often.

An enriching and rewarding experience at the University of Surrey.
Tips: The University of Surrey offers strong academics great placements and a diverse community. Transitioning was smooth with mild cultural shifts. I earned a 5000 pounds merit scholarship. It is best to choose to study for me.
Likes (Student Life): The University of Surrey has a lively, inclusive and engaging campus atmosphere. My day usually includes group study sessions and spending time with friends at the hive or the lake. I enjoy the friendly community and the balance between academics and recreation the most. The campus hosts frequent events like cultural festivals career fair and all.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Authentic cuisine is quite limited around campus. Most nearby restaurants serve British, Italian or Asian fusion food with average prices ranging from 10-20 pounds per meal. I usually prefer cooking myself as it is more affordable and lets me enjoy the flavour of home.

College is good for technical subjects.I don't know about other field.
Tips: Know your faculty. Know your assessment type. Do deep research on your elective subject prior. Do pack food items for at least one month. Pack necessary utensils but not too many. Do not buy a costly laptop, the university has enough resources. Do not believe on YouTube influencer.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Indian food is available but it's costly. Cooking for yourself is cheap. Tesco, Lidl, coop are cheaper for students and the quality is also good. You can get mandatory items for one month for between 10 to 15 GBP. Bring 2 sports shoes, one for regular work and one for part time work.

Welcoming university and friendly people.
Tips: Be prepared for the initial cultural shock; the country and town are very different from India. Living alone in this new place will test you physically, mentally, and emotionally. However, if you stay focused and determined, you'll become a much more confident individual. Plan your finances and schedule your day carefully to complete your degree efficiently. Apply for as many scholarships as possible; they are helpful. I didn't because I lacked knowledge.
Likes (Safety): I have lived for 2 whole years in Guildford. I lived in a house outside the university, so I had no campus security, but it never ever felt unsafe to be anywhere in Guildford at any time of the day or night. Right from the very first day when I carried my suitcases all by myself from the railway station to my house at 1 AM in the night, to my last day in Guildford before I moved to London, I never felt unsafe anywhere in Guildford. I always found helpful people everywhere. Some even offered me a lift from Tesco to my home in their cars.
Dislikes (Indian Food): The university is located in Guildford which has limited Indian restaurants. Near the university you can find only two options. Eat Out Guildford is an affordable choice offering good portions at a reasonable price. For a more upscale experience Shah's in Guildford Town Centre is another option. Personally, I prefer cooking at home, as it's more affordable and healthier. Tesco and Lidl, both about a 15 minute walk from the university are convenient for grocery shopping. I recommend eating out occasionally.

A truly surreal experience that has shaped me for better.
Tips: There will be a lot of culture shock when you come to the UK, but the best thing to do is to embrace the change and keep your mind open to learning about the culture. Overall transition was very smooth for me personally because I was lucky enough to meet amazing people and make friends from around the world. The University made it very easy to engage with other people, especially during the freshers' week. One thing I notice is that it doesn't matter your background or interests, there will always be a place for you here at Surrey, may it be via student societies or social clubs, so don't worry about thinking you won't be able to make friends for any reason. The university does provide scholarships for students coming from India, or at least they did when I joined, so do check. Overall, I was very satisfied with my time at university, and I have utmost faith that anyone who comes here with an open-minded mindset will have a great time here and leave with a lifetime worth of amazing memories.
Likes (Quality of faculty): I had an excellent experience with the professors. They were approachable and knowledgeable, and the teaching faculty was diverse. While some professors were more engaging than others, overall, it was an excellent experience.
Dislikes (Indian Food): There aren't many options for Indian food in Guildford. However, there are still a decent number of restaurants from other cultures, so it's not too bad if you want to order in sometimes. I prefer cooking myself, but I do order Italian food every now and then. There are also a decent number of fast-food restaurants, so you will have options, but not particularly much for late-night cravings.

Great for studies but not the city life that you’d expect.
Tips: Coming to the UK for studies is an excellent option. However, it is highly unlikely that you will land a job right after your studies, and it is very difficult to secure a visa-sponsored job. Therefore, it is essential to start networking and developing your LinkedIn profile from the moment you arrive. The faculty are very intelligent and will help you throughout your studies. The management is also very efficient and will help you sort out all your documents. I am very satisfied with my experience at the University of Surrey.

Studying at University of Surrey has been a wonderful opportunity.
Tips: Surrey has everything for the students, so students just need to ask for it. Consider it a beautiful opportunity and work hard to achieve your goals. The university will definitely help you in each and every aspect. The university has all the facilities and is well-equipped to nudge you to achieve your goals. I have worked as an international student ambassador at the University of Surrey. The university has lots of different things for students to do. The best part is the experience you get from working at the university. Surrey conducts lots of different fairs and activities for students to participate in.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I'm a vegetarian, and I found it hard to get any Indian food in Guildford, where the University of Surrey is located. There are a few restaurants, but they're expensive. You can get Indian food at the grocery store, but it's a bit of a struggle.

It is a fun loving place to do masters.
Tips: Diversity, exposure and lots of personal development which will allow you to be prepared for what life has to offer. I am satisfied with my course. Manor Park was fun for socialism and games. Lush greenery was an added advantage and plus the lake.
Likes (Student Life): Good vibes, good people, good environment and gives you a good balance of it all. I was in several clubs like sports, societies and was part of the Karnataka society and also was an international student ambassador and it was fun helping young students.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Barely 2 in Guildford to eat and cooking it is as there is not much I can do. I can't say much about pricing as they varied seasonally and like I said not many options at all. No indian food is available in Guildford so we needed to travel to Hounslow for good food.

A rewarding experience at the University of Surrey.
Tips: Having prior work experience in terms of M.Sc. helps. I got a scholarship of 2,000 pounds but some of my peers got bigger scholarships up to half of their tuition fees. I was really satisfied with my course and my university. My Masters course really helped me with my academics.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Faculty members were helpful and kind. The methodology of teaching was in person. The faculty was quite diverse in terms of nationality. If we have any doubts faculty members were approachable. The course was also practical and covered most of the modern topics necessary to get into the industry.
Dislikes (Indian Food): No good option as a vegetarian. Since the food in the UK involves a lot of meat, the vegetarian options were poor in taste. Because of this, I have to cook. Indian places are costly. I did not find any variety in the food also. I found it difficult when it came to food.

I have had the best experience at this university.
Tips: If you are looking for safety and quality education and student support this is the college for you with supportive and interactive staff, who always encourage you to participate in activities that enhance your inter personal skills and prepare you for the opportunities
Likes (Indian Food): There are plenty of options in fact plenty of shops from my country which made me feel at home. There is a lot of cuisine diversity you can choose from every corner of the town and you wont feel left out while you are out with your friends. I strongly recommend Guilford area for safety and calm.
Dislikes (Internships): They cannot guarantee internship like any other university, so we should do our best and be in the eyes of advisors and professors showing how sincere and dedicated we are towards our future . So you will have to look for options and approach companies that are close to your desired profession.
