This scholarship is open to enthusiastic and hopeful students willing to build a career in computer science. Anyone studying a UG course in Computer Science or related field in India can apply.

2. Generation Google Scholarship (APAC)

Amount- 2,500 USD

This particular Google scholarship is designed to strongly encourage female students to pursue computer science courses. Open to aspiring computer scientists who excel in technology, The Generation Google Scholarship is designed to help students become world leaders in their field. 3. Women Techmakers Scholars Program

Amount- Varies by region

Aimed at establishing gender equality in the field of tech, this scholarship is designed for women who are interested in fields of computer science and gaming. By means of this scholarship, Google honours Dr Anita Borg’s vision of creating gender equality in the tech industry by encouraging women to be active participants and leaders in the field. This scholarship was formerly known as the Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship Program.

5. Doodle 4 Google India Contest

This competition is for all the Indian school students to utilise their creativity in interpreting the Google logo. Students studying in any Indian school, in classes 1 to 10, are eligible to participate. They should have obtained the permission of their parents/guardians/school teachers to participate in this.
