Founded in 1921, the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore has 5 campuses in Italy, with its main campus in Milan, Italy. The university offers courses at the UG level in the streams of Business & Management Studies. This campus used to be a monastery and was built in the 8th Century, and it currently boasts a student population of over 20,000. The eight faculties housed at the main campus of Università Cattolica are Law, Arts and Philosophy, Psychology, Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sciences. Education, Linguistic Sciences and Foreign Literatures, Economics, and Political and Social Sciences.

Brescia campus of the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore is situated at Via Trieste 17, in the historic Palazzo Martinengo Cesaresco dellAquilone. The Campus is designed with a 70-KW solar power system. It boasts a student population of more than 2,000 students from the Schools of Mathematical, Physical, Education, Psychology, etc. It has 15 research centers, and it also has a brand new campus in the Mompiano area.

The Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Rome campus started operating in 1961, with the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery beginning its operations. It is in partnership with the Institute of Policlinico Gemelli University Hospital, which has been listed in Italy's top 50 global hospitals.

With a holistic focus on education, research, and healthcare, the Rome campus provides quality education to its students. 43 of the faculty members at this campus have been listed among the Top Italian Scientists. An on-campus housing facility is also available for international students.

The Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Piacenza campus was opened in the academic year of 1952-53 and is located in Via Emilia Parmense, 84, 29122 Piacenza PC, Italy. Like Cremona, it has three faculties: Economics and Law, Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences, and Education. For more personalized learning, the classrooms have been designed to be rather small to facilitiate an initmate atmosphere. The Piacenza campus also has two volleyball courts, a gymnasium, and an outdoor rock climbing wall in its sports centre. It has also set up SensoryLab to help its students learn sensory evaluation techniques for various food products.

Opened in 1984, the Cremona Campus is based at Via Stefano Leonida Bissolati in the Cremona region of Italy. The campus is home to the Faculties of Economics and Law, Education, and the Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences. The campus also has a FoodLab for research in the agri-food sector.
