Know all about the Academic Excellence Award for Studying Abroad

Launched by Global Teletherapy, the Academic Excellence Award is a merit-based scholarship that has been designed to allow students to be eligible to pursue their higher education abroad without having to worry about the rising cost of studying. The Academic Excellence Award will be awarded to any current college or graduate school student who understands what it means to accept responsibility to improve his or her community the opportunity to earn a $1,000 merit-based scholarship.

Global Teletherapy understands and appreciates the unnerving challenge of financing a college education, whether it be undergraduate or graduate school. With the rising cost of education, it has become even more difficult for students and their families to bear this weight.

While most certainly, Global Teletherapy understands that they would not be able to change the economic conditions of the families, however through the establishment of the Academic Excellence Award they are doing their part. The main purpose of the Academic Excellence Award is to provide an opportunity for the children to high-quality education without sinking into debt.

Students should also be able to spend their years in college without having to worry about paying back education loans after completing their graduation. Keeping all this in mind, Global Teletherapy has launched the Academic Excellence Award to help students meet the rising prices of education. The scholarship will reward students with a chance to earn a $1,000 merit-based scholarship.

Students who want to apply for the scholarship are required to be enrolled in a college, university, or graduate school, must be in good academic standing with his/her current educational institution, must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, and must have permission from his/her parent or legal guardian if under 18.

To Participate in the Academic Excellence Award, applicants will be required to submit a 2,000-word essay responding to the following: ‘The Global Teletherapy Academic Excellence Award is designed for students who understand the importance of bettering one’s self. Candidates would be also required to include in their essay in detail and explain the following:

• Why you feel self-improvement and character development are vital to an individual
• What you think you can do to grow as a person and build yourself?
• How you plan to use your strengths and talents to better yourself?

Applicants would be required to submit their application via email and before the application closing deadline.
