Study Abroad: University Of Southampton Delhi Announces New Accommodation At SunCity

Before the first cohort of students is all set to enter the University of Southampton Delhi campus in August 2025, the university has announced a new accommodation near to Gurugram campus, which is going to be Safe, secure, and student-centered.

Study in UK: The University of Southampton Delhi has launched a student accommodation in SunCity. The accommodation is just 6 km away from the university, and it is a serene and secure gated community where students can feel connected and comfortable. The modern infrastructure offers privacy, comfort, and community living at an affordable price.

The bookings are currently open for the August 2025 entry.

University of Southampton Delhi’s Student Accommodation Details

The new accommodation is designed to offer communal living. Each floor has vibrant shared spaces for students to collaborate, relax and forge lasting friendships. It will offer a great place for students who are living away from their homes. They will have spaces for casual conversations over coffee, group study sessions, or impromptu celebrations. They will be able to experience a true sense of belonging and will have meaningful interaction with the other students.

“With options for both single and double occupancy rooms — including select rooms with ensuite kitchenettes — the accommodation has been designed to support student independence while encouraging meaningful connections. To prioritise student safety, the accommodation includes 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, gated access and a dedicated, secure floor exclusively for female students. A regular, dedicated shuttle bus service to and from the University of Southampton Delhi campus will be provided for convenient and reliable transportation,” reads the university statement.

The accommodation is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood. The students will also have the facilities, including laundry services, professional housekeeping, and half-board catering.
