Parvesh shares how he got through 4 UK universities despite weak academics: Shiksha Success Stories

Parvesh got into 4 UK universities depite weak academics and shares his admission story with us. Read on about Parvesh's overall experience with admissions and counselling at Shiksha.
Q. Once you decided upon studying abroad, how did you begin your application submission research?
Parvesh: I was sure about my decision to study abroad but had no clue as to how to go about the application process. It was only once I came in contact with Ankita ma’am a Shiksha counsellor who further introduced me to Shweta ma'am who is the head of UK counselling at Shiksha that the process began. She gave me the details from scratch about the eligibility criteria, admission process, and steps to complete an online admission form.
Q. How did you discover Shiksha counselling? How was your overall experience?
P: I came across a lot of counsellors on the internet and found Shiksha study abroad counselling. Upon discovering this, I signed up and registered for the counselling with all my details. Consequently, I got a call from Shiksha and was asked to share my resume, relevant documents, and details of the course I wished to pursue. What kept me motivated was that Shiksha’s team was agile in beginning to submit my application and was in sync with me with whatever was required to submit along with my application at all stages. With this agility, my application was submitted and a new journey has begun.
Q. Did you try with other agents and how was your experience? And why did you choose us over them?
P: Yes, I did try with multiple agents before I decided to stick with Shiksha. Due to the other agents’ lack of response probably because of my weak academics I was shown no interest by them. Since Shiksha took up my case and was confident about me, I followed their structured mechanism beginning with shortlisting UK Universities followed by filling up an application form, clearing all eligibility criteria, submitting necessary documents, and in the end getting an offer letter. All thanks to my counsellor Shweta ma’am for her guidance and constant support.
Q.How many universities did you apply to? Did you get any scholarships?
P: I applied to 06 UK universities and got an offer letter from 04 of them, namely Middlesex University, Coventry University, University of Portsmouth, and University of Huddersfield. I settled for the University of Huddersfield because this university is the only one that offers placement for the course I am pursuing at present. I have got an early bird scholarship since I paid all my deposits before time and hence was entitled to £1,000. Check UK Scholarships.
