Admission Requirements for Healthcare Courses in the UK
Admission tests are conducted for almost all the medical programmes in the UK. Some of the common eligibility criteria that apply to all the institutes are mentioned below:
- For an undergraduate course, an honours degree in a healthcare-related discipline from a reputed institution is needed. At least a 2.2 degree or other similar qualification is required.
- For a graduate or master’s course, at least an upper-second-class honours degree in a healthcare-related discipline is needed. At least a 2.2 degree or other similar qualification is required. Those with experience will have an advantage over others.
- Minimum 6.0 IELTS score or a TOEFL (iBT) score of 90 is required.
