- If an applicant’s preparation is deemed insufficient by the Graduate Committee of the Department of Construction Management, the applicant is required to take additional courses which are specified in writing to remove the deficiency. Such courses, taken as an unclassified student, are in addition to the minimum of 30 semester hours credit for the MSCM degree
- Students without a bachelor’s degree, a minor, or a certificate in construction management are required to complete the following foundation CM courses prior to entering the MSCM program :
- Construction Materials & Basic Building Systems
- Construction Graphics
- Construction Documents
- Estimating and Bidding
- Construction Scheduling
- Construction Project Controls
