The university was founded by Dr. Benjamin Lickey in 1919 in the Sam Francisco region. In the 1960s-70s, with the rise in demand for business based courses, the university began offering a number of business based programs with the most prominent one being its MBA.

In 2005, the institute started offering a programme in BS in Diagnostic Imaging & in 2010, the institute introduced the Doctor of Business Administration & the Master of Science in International Business & Finance Management programs.

The university in known to teache students for jobs in public speaking, journalism, teaching, business, and advertising. You can study psychology, English, computer science, history, social sciences, math, natural sciences, and economics, among other things.

Q:   Is it possible to get into Lincoln University - USA's MBA programme without work experience?
A: 

To join the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science (MS) degree programs at the Lincoln University, you need:

  1. A bachelor's degree with a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
  2. A resume detailing your work, activities, and education.

If your GPA is below 2.7, you may still be accepted conditionally. To move to a regular status, you need a GPA of at least 3.0 in one term with 9 units or in two consecutive terms with at least 15 units. Some students with GPAs of 2.5 and 2.6 can take MBA courses without prerequisites.

For MBA Executive concentration (EMBA), three years of managerial work experience is required. 

It seems from the above information that you can gain admission to the Lincoln University's MBA programme without work-ex however, for EMBA's you require 3 years of work experience.
