According to the data from official sources, the total number of applications for Fall 2024 was around 110,800, of which 10,000 students were accepted. Only 5,600 students enrolled out of the total students who were offered admission. This suggests that NYU acceptance rate for the academic session of 2024-25 is around 9.2%. Meanwhile, NYU's yield rate stands around 55.4%. Thus, it can be concluded that New York University is very selective when it comes to its admission criteria.
