University of Central Florida is good and welcoming.
Tips: I've transitioned pretty well. There was a slight cultural shift but nothing out of the ordinary. I was awarded the dean fellowship, the department offered it to me as I was nominated for it by my advisor. It was a one time $5000. I'm pretty satisfied with the university and my course and the US in general.
