There is limited housing on-campus for graduate students and their families. The furniture for the housing can be rented by the graduate students till their time in Baylor. The furniture is provided by the First Baptist Church of Waco to the students.

Finding cheap accommodation close to campus might be difficult because of the large number of students at Baylor and the competitive housing market.  You should start looking for off-campus housing as soon as you can. Don't hold off till you get to Waco.  The majority of cheap housing near the college is occupied months before classes start.  However, these are not owned or controlled by Baylor, and the university is not liable for any faults or problems that occur at these places. Baylor has established a website to help you with this procedure. This list is provided merely as a convenience.
