Pathway 2 | One-year accelerated program
You’ll need the following:
- A recognised bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) with a credit average (65% or higher) as determined by the UNSW Postgraduate Coursework Entry Calculator; and
- A major (at least seven courses) in finance within the bachelor’s degree.

Students who are not graduates of Australian or New Zealand universities
For students who studied at overseas universities, a credit average grade (65% or higher) is the normal academic requirement for Australian universities. - Students can pay their fees in monthly installments
- Postgraduate applicants cannot apply in the first semester of study. Students have to pay an administrative fee ($100) plus one-third of the tuition fee amount for the current semester before the Payment Plan can be activated and the remaining balance will be paid in installments:
- Semester 1, the standard payment plan arrangement is first installment due by 30 March, second installment due by 30 April, and third installment due by 30 May
- Semester 2, the standard payment plan arrangement is first installment due by 30 August, second installment due by 30 September, and third installment due by 30 October
