We have averaged out the ranks of each country with 50-50% weightage from the first two parameters and then the next two parameters separately. Then, from the two sets of averaged rankings, the weightage of 60% was given to the first averaged rankings (from highest salary report and world talent report) and 40% to the next averaged rankings and the final average was calculated to get the final rankings.
