Tips: Going to college abroad requires doing preparations for the economic as well as personal difficulties that one will face as a result of the high cost of living and conducting oneself in independent studies. In most cases, Indian students succeed in overcoming the economic difficulties because of the presence of early merit scholarships that help them pay college tuition or living expenses. Despite the feeling that living away from home is hard, the excellent career prospects and an improved standard of living make up for the overall satisfaction, along with confidence and self-improvement.

Great university to find your potential.
Tips: I have found the transition to university life much easier as I live with my parents. I was not eligible for any scholarships, but I am pretty satisfied with the course as most lecturers are always there to guide you. Also, some lecturers might not be good, but you have the academic mentors to clarify any academic doubts. The campus is close to central London and it is very well connected. You have multiple tube lines that are nearby, and you can also use the buses. It is pretty affordable, but it depends upon where you live as prices might differ based on zones, but you can avail discounts by using a student oyster card.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): It is harder for those on student visas to find a job, as companies are less willing to sponsor work visas because it is costly to do so. I am not sure about the job roles and salaries offered as I haven't graduated from university yet, but I will be graduating in 2025.

London Metropolitan University is an outstanding institute with knowledge deliverable.
Tips: It was not much difficult to adapt to the culture but there are some situations to accept. Especially culture, language, accent, and climate change which we have not experienced in our own country. Moreover, expense management, time management, part-time work, education and life balance gave me new experiences.
Likes (Student Life): In here, student life is much more convenient due to the diversity of students. Always there are more new things to learn and to be impressed with in the UK. As an international student, I reckon we should have those experiences within our university and outside of the university.
Dislikes (Part time work): It is not easy to search part time job in UK. As I experienced, it takes time to catch up with the job and adapt to it. Mainly with time management. Also, it is difficult to observe some options within relevant fields and mostly there are more barriers to having a job in the desired sector.

Exquisite, friendly and multi-cultural university.
Tips: Before commencement, all the students are required to attend a welcome. These are compulsory and will help you with campus and faculty introduction. Would also suggest incoming students be actively involved with student societies and events which help break barriers and meet and connect with new people.
Likes (Student Life): London Met's campus are located in the heart of the city and it's the world's most diverse and enigmatic city. Also once you are admitted you become a part of the student union which enriches your life here. Living here as a student is an incredible experience with so many fantastic attractions like world-renowned museums, galleries and libraries.
Dislikes (Value for money): It offers an international study experience study at the heart of London. Also, the acceptance rate is close to 80% so the chances of getting into the college are high. The feels is somewhere close to 12K pounds but with the help of financial aid and scholarships students can get financial help.

Best place to study and explore nightlife of Manchester.
Tips: I got a scholarship from the university, which eventually helped me to cover part of my student fees, and they also helped us during COVID time. Also, we get free public transport in the Salford area and cover by the university card, which is very helpful for students. And I found the people around me very helpful.

Very good campus with friendly faculty.
Tips: Internships and placements are limited, cultural classes are there, infrastructure and environment are good and eco-friendly. Society classes with advanced studies. Good faculty, good places near the college campus to explore, low-budget hostels, and hospital are near the college.
Likes (Student Life): Students are friendly to each other. Enjoying the day with friends on campus. Cultural festivals are very fun in our college. The sports club in our college are great. Good infrastructure, no discrimination, friendly nature, class hour is very less, no robbery.
Dislikes (Internships): The college does not provide internships for students, nor future jobs, nor are proper internships given to students who are studying at the college. They lack in finding a job because of an internship that is not provided by the management of the college. So the student is not getting a job in a big MNC.

It's really nice university, I will recommend it.
Tips: It's a nice place to study, nice education is provided. I have seen many changes in my life after coming to this university. I had a lot of expectations from my university and I am happy all were met. I am satisfied with my course and the university.
Likes (Part time work): It's a really nice place. Healthy relations with everyone. There is good teamwork and they are fair with work. I really enjoyed working with the team. They provide 11 pounds per hour. It's really nice. Happy with my job and I worked in the hospitality industry.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): There are many companies for jobs, they offer good packages. It's a good university for education. They provide proper knowledge for further job requirements. Really happy to get admission to this university.
