Unimc is an easy going university for those who have to manage part time.
Tips: The university doesn't offer much job search assistance; it primarily focuses on teaching. The professors also don't seem to have strong networks, especially for English education students. I would have chosen another university for easier career opportunities.
Likes (Safety): Macerata is a safe university town, so I didn't face any safety problems. After dark, public transport stops, so it's safer to have friends around and move with them.
Dislikes (Indian Food): There are no Indian restaurants in Macerata, and limited Asian food options are available. I felt limited to trying options other than pizza and Italian food, so I mostly cooked my meals and had lunch from the mensa, where I had to eat Italian food with meat, which is a problem for vegetarians people.
