Value for money where students must be independent
Tips: One must be ready to take the initiative, look for opportunities, and network on their own to get the maximum benefits of studying at the university. There are activities happening all around the campus and one must stay updated on them by checking university campus groups and uregina mail. Same goes for internships and job opportunities either through campus placepro or through campus job fairs.
Likes (Value for money): The fee for CS comes down to around 3500 CAD per semester which is very economical as compared to all other universities in Canada. The campus has all the latest facilities and access expected from a modern university. The value for money is excellent here.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): The quality of professors is a mixed bag to say the least. Some of the professors prepare their own course structure and assignments and try to innovate ways to educate with the latest tech curriculum relevant to the industry. However, there are others in the CS faculty who reuse content from other universities and care more about attendance than learning.

Complete waste of money.
Tips: My advice to you is that do not join this university if possible. They raise the fees by 2.5% every year and the standard of university isn't high. The professors are not good in most of the classes. You'll feel like it is not worth studying at all if you take any class with them.
Likes (Indian Food): With the increase in Indian and Asian population in the city, there are a lot of options for both Indian and Asian food here. In mostly every section of the city, you'll find some Indian restaurant of good quality. Though you'll have to drive around a bit but you'll find it in no time.
Dislikes (Safety): It is not the safest place at all. With a lot of indigenous people living in the city, it has become really difficult for brown skin people like us to live. They are not threat to us mostly but there are a lot of cases of theft and attacks on people, and the victims are mostly international people. Indigenous people are accused of doing it most of the times.

Tips: If students want to join this college then they must go through the college website and read each and every section very carefully, like their fee structure, on the job placements, student life, internships and post course job opportunities, etc.
Likes (Part time work): In my opinion, job opportunities during the whole course were very high. Those who are willing to work can work without any hurdle. I myself did a part time job while studying. So, I am very much sure that anyone can get a job very easily if he/she wants one.
Dislikes (Value for money): In my opinion, this college is charging quite high money. If the fee structure is less then it will become a fantastic college. I hope if the college charges lesser amount then it will definitely help the students who have average family background.

Tips: I was very satisfied with my university, course, and country. However, I did not receive any scholarships. If you are considering studying abroad, be sure to apply for scholarships both with the university and the government. Also, be prepared for a difficult transition period after you arrive.
Likes (Indian Food): I spend most of my day studying and meeting with friends to discuss life. There are many events organized on campus, and I often participate. There are also many student clubs and communities, as well as student unions. The campus is very diverse, and you'll make many friends there.
Dislikes (Part time work): The faculty are always approachable. They try to teach more with a practical approach. very diverse teaching faculty. The faculty will help you throughout but they want you to ask questions so they can help you learn.

Tips: Students must learn the tradition and know how to communicate with people in English and also without learning it's not that easy to pass or complete the projects. This college provided me with 1000 euros as a scholarship. I am very much satisfied with my college.
Likes (Public transportation): This college is located in the city centre which is the main place in Dublin so transport will not be a problem. There will be a direct bus to the city centre and there will also be more stops each stop will be close to the other. A Leap card is used here to pay for the bus and for students it will cost 1 euro per scan.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Getting jobs here depends on the students, it requires experience and knowledge about the field in which they want to work. The salary package for jobs starts from 12 euros (1200 inr) per hour. Get some work experience and I also suggest to do internships.

Tips: For students who have 5 plus years of experience in India and are planning to join this college, it will be a good tag to be added to a CV for the education section. If students do not have these certifications, then the company will not consider hiring them further. I got a 1000 euros scholarship, as every student gets one in general. Students are going to get an international exposure in Ireland. I am satisfied with my course curriculum and teaching faculty. Nowadays, the number of international students has increased drastically in Ireland, so it has become more challenging to secure a job here.
Likes (Indian Food): A lot of Indian and Pakistani restaurants are available. Sometimes I eat outside. In this busy schedule, it is very hard to manage to cook for myself at home. Mostly, preparing meals on the weekends. Also, in Dublin city, Indian tiffins provide a tiffin service to those who are struggling to prep a meal.
Dislikes (Internships): College is not a source for internships; they can only provide a list of available jobs, as per LinkedIn. Don't rely on the college; students will need to make new connections through LinkedIn or by attending workshops here. Make sure to have some experience before joining.
Tips: No scholarships. There is definitely a cultural shift; Irish culture and people are generally nice. There are no laws for underage kids, which can be dangerous.
I am not satisfied, paying a bit more makes sense as you would learn more from an educational standpoint.
Likes (Public transportation): The campus is in the city centre and is reachable from all directions. For students, public transportation seems fine and affordable; buses, Dart, and Luas are on time with good service.
Dublin is expensive. Would not recommend living too far and getting stuck or wasting time commuting.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): Not many, it’s very difficult for a fresher to navigate but I think anyone with experience will be fine which was my case as well. Freshers, 28,000.00 euros to 35,000.00 euros would be expected. Minimum salary for sponsorship would be 36,000 from March 26, making it more difficult for freshers.

Tips: Before joining this college students should be prepared for an independent and responsibility driven academic environment. I became more confident and organised. There was a noticeable cultural shift in terms of punctuality, communication, and professionalism. I did avail of a scholarship. It was awarded based on my academic performance and profile during the application process. I had to submit my academic records and a short personal statement explaining my goals.
Likes (Post study jobs): Campus was fun. A lot of activities each week. Amazing student community and facilities. Different varieties of options for student clubs. Well organized cultural as well as outdoor activities. Seniors were really active and open with the newcomers. Really enjoyed their presence in the common room.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Faculty members were very helpful and passionate about their work. Could approach them anytime. Teaching aids were helpful. As well as the teaching materials. Assignments were given so we could practice what we learned each day. All the CAs could be done by our own just by attending the class.

Tips: Don't expect a job on completion of the course because the job market is very volatile. Try to get experience in your relevant field before coming. Employers prefer EU candidates because of visa sponsorship. As per the 2025 salary thresholds, they have been changed, so it's very hard to find jobs.
Likes (Public transportation): Dublin city has excellent transportation facilities which include buses, trains, Luas (trams), and DART. Students can take a student leap card which offers a student discount on all public sector transportation and even private buses provide student discounts. Even if students can't afford the rent in Dublin, they can stay in nearby countries like Kildare, Meath and easily come to the city using public transport.
Dislikes (Internships): As a postgraduate student in Dublin finding an internship opportunity is quite challenging. The college provides very limited guidance or structured support for identifying and applying for internships. Many internships are targeted towards undergraduate or full time Bachelors students and a few are aligned with postgraduate programs. As a result students struggle to gain practical industry exposure alongside their studies.

Likes (Safety): The campus feels very secure day and night with good lighting and regular patrolling. Besides security staff, CCTV coverage, emergency helplines and transportation support all help. In the city, I've always felt comfortable, even late evening.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): There are some very knowledgeable and supportive teachers, the experience feels consistent and depends on lot on who is handling a particular course. Tips: Academically, the college is good but both the campuses don't have much space. There is a common hall where people can do fun activities like billiards and all that stuff. Every week, people will organise some activities like movie week, surfing week, etc.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Most of them have good knowledge about the paper they are teaching and they have hands on experience in industry. All the faculty members in the college are from different countries and no one ever showed any discrimination. Since most of them are industry professionals, everyone has good domain knowledge.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): It seems like there are less opening for freshers and they require an Irish passport. But if students have some experience in the industry, there are chances to get jobs easily. It's kind of hard to get a graduate role. Need to apply and check regularly for updates.

Tips: The campus is very small compared to other colleges. Most of the staff are good, so the education qualification is not bad. Academically, it's good. But we didn't have a good campus. The only thing we have is a common hall where we all can do some fun activities.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transport TFI in Dublin is great. And most of the route has a 24x7 bus. Any time you can get a bus on almost every route. I live near Dublin town and I have buses every 30 min and at weekends it will be like every 45 min. It depends on other routes. Some crowded area has more frequent buses while other routes might have buses only in the daytime.
Dislikes (Value for money): I didn't like the campus. While comparing other nearby college this is very congested. Dublin Business School, often called DBS, is one of Ireland's well-known private colleges located right in the heart of Dublin city. Because the college is spread across several buildings rather than a traditional big campus, the atmosphere feels more like a city-centre learning environment than a classic university setting. This can be convenient for students who like being close to public transport, shops and part-time job opportunities, but it also means you won't get the spacious lawns, large common areas.

Likes (Safety): Enjoy the friendliness and openness of Irish communities. Stay alert in busy city areas. Keep valuable items secure and avoid walking alone late at night on a quiet street and use a licensed taxi or public transport. Buses are their in city areas but in rural areas no bus people depend more on taxis and personal vehicles.
Dislikes (Internships): No internship provided. College gives you guidance but it is up to us to find a job. You will have to find an internship on your own through LinkedIn and Indeed. The reason for giving one star is that the college doesn't provide an internship while taking the course apply for internship jobs.

I received a scholarship of approximately 500 euros, but I am not very satisfied, as the situation for students in Ireland is quite challenging.
Likes (Safety): I love the city. It's very good to explore Ireland. People are friendly, but the situation is getting worse these days. However, I haven't had any negative experiences like those reported in the news. I love visiting many places in Ireland, but job opportunities are very limited due to the influx of students.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): Getting a permanent residence in Ireland after studies is very difficult. Even after passing 9 ACCA papers, I am struggling to find even part-time work. Security and care home jobs are the only options available to students, and I haven't had any success in my job applications.

Easy going and budget friendly campus.
Tips: I've experienced a cultural shift since coming here. I'm from southern India, and the culture here is entirely different. But it's not a problem; we can enjoy it. I didn't receive any scholarships so far. I love my university and course; it's very easy to study and acquire a Master's degree within one year.
Likes (Public transportation): The campus is located within Dublin City, but some buildings are relatively far apart. We can use buses, trains, and Luas services for transportation, which are all affordable and convenient. However, buses often get stuck in traffic during the winter.
Dislikes (Part time work): In my experience, on-campus part-time jobs are very rare. Off-campus part-time opportunities are available, but they are difficult to find. It is manageable to balance part-time work and academics. I earned 13.5 euros per hour and worked 20 hours a week.
