- Bachelor of Arts / Science / Commerce (3-4 years) from a well-ranked institution
- Bachelor of Vocation (when awarded from 2017 onwards) from a well-ranked institution
- Bachelor (Hons) degree from Ashoka University
- With 73% or CGPA 7.7/10 or CGPA 5.5/7 (National Law School of India University) or CGPA 6.5/8 (O.P.Jindal Global University or GPA 3.8/4 (Ashoka only)
