XLRI Jamshedpur flagship programme is PGDM. The college offers PGDM programmes both in a full-time, residential format and through its online learning platform. The highest international and domestic package recorded in 2026 stood at INR 110 LPA and 59 LPA. Yes, XLRI Jamshedpur accepts XAT scores for admission to PGDM programmes. Candidates can also apply with a valid socre in GMAT/ GRE for PGDM GM programme. Those who score equal or above XAT cutoff is selected for further rounds. Selected candidates are further called for group discussion and/ or personal interview.
The XAT application fee is INR 2,200. The XAT fee is to be paid online at the time of forms submission. The fee is same for candidates belonging to all categories. Unlike other MBA entrance exams, there is no rebate for Reserved category candidates in XAT. If you select XLRI in the application form for admission, you will have to pay INR 200 additionally.
The fee can be paid via debit/credit card, cash card, mobile wallets, or net-banking. It is mandatory to pay the application fee before deadline for successful registration. Candidates can fill the application form and pay the fee later, however they will need to make the fee payment before the registration deadline so that their form is accepted by the examination authority. Until the fee is paid, the XAT application form will remain pending acceptance. Candidates must note that the registration fee is non-refundable. So, they should fill the form without error, otherwise they will have to fill the form again and pay the fee again.

The XLRI campus Jamshedpur spreads across 50 acres of land. XLRI offers several facilities for its students. The facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, well-furnished rooms and spacious classrooms, and full-time internet connectivity. - Library: The Sir Jehangir Ghandy Library is housed in a spacious and centrally air-conditioned building on the ground floor overlooking the administrative block.
